    Teacher i am following this meditation 2 days before and my experience is i am feeling nothing no future no past not happy not sad
    Esa lgta hai ekdm neutral like PH of water sab balance lgta hai mai puri kosish kruga regular karne ke aur bhi explore kruga iske baare main thank you sir ...
    Thoughts are coming and going that line made me so peaceful love u sir ❤

    Day 1 and Day 2:
    1. Started this meditation from yesterday
    2. Trying to follow each step - difficult to concentrate as thoughts keep on coming and going
    3. Today was better than yesterday - could partly do steps 3 and 4
    4. There’s a feeling of grounding and peace

    Jisne bhi kaha hai dhyan iss dharti ki sanjeevni hai usko shat shat naman. Jaise hi apko realise hota hai ki iss dharti ne apko sambhala hua hai, apka vazan uthaya hai aap suddenly dharti mayia ke liye grateful ho jate hai. Bohot bohot dhanyawad. Bohot achi meditation thi. I loved it🙏🙏

    I am having mild ocd ...to just get rid of it I started doing this meditation and guys am telling you honestly this work so well with my condition that I feel that I have discovered a new life from it.
    It's been a month I am practicing it... almost reduced my symptom by 70%.
    I will keep updating my progress in this comment...👍

    I really like your all meditations. I do it everyday in the the morning about 6 am. It makes me feel relaxed energy all over my body. Vibration all over my body. Sometime I feel white light in my body. Thanks so much for your videos

    Literally I am very much peaceful after practicing this meditation. I am a patient of migraine. whenever I feel the headache at its starting level, I open this channel and feel lighter. Thank you so much for this remedy.

    Jab se meditation chhoda hai tab se Mann to bhut uncontrolled ho gaya hai, kuch bhi control m nhi hai aur galat aadaton ka shikaar hone laga hu aur ab... Dobara se meditation krna shuru kiya hai tab bhi Mann 10 sec k lie... 1 jagah nhi rukta hai
    Poore meditation k during mann mushkil se hi focused hua hai
    Bada mushkil ho rha hai,inn vicharo se bahar aana
