      As example: - 1 if your student your dharma is study
      2 agni ka dharma hota hai jalna
      3 barf ka dharma hota hai sheetal hona
      Buddha is for all !

    Enjoyed this meditation very much, it WAS Lord Buddha’s meditation , it WILL be great for us too ! Soft background music and your soft calm voice is perfectly suited for guiding us . Felt relaxed and at peace with myself, at times felt sleepy and dozed off momentarily ( poor sleep last night).
    I feel , I will be able to do this meditation
    daily.
