After the 4th round of continuous jab I felt a strain in my shoulder Doctor said it’s minimal injury on the tissue I took test for one month and now I am doing strength exercises I am 41 years old What else should I do sir
You should train brotha, you should say to the doctor that you're too powerful for injuries, they dont affect your performance, thats how you get better results
