If thiswasn't an encouraging video, I don't know what is..🙂 I'm taking my exam on Saturday, and i don't feel prepared, but this video lifted my spirit - I can do this!🙃😉
I have mine on Wednesday. Good luck Jaliylah
I'm so happy this video gave you the encouragement you need to walk into the testing center with confidence! That's why I make these videos. Regarding your test this Saturday - you got this, Jaliylah! I'm rooting for you! Can't wait to hear how it goes.

Thanks for watching, Castro! Glad you enjoy the videos!
So encouraging!! Thank you for this! I am studying for my exam now, at age 41, and am super pumped up about changing careers. This was exactly what I needed to keep pushing through!
Wow, glad it helped motivate you! You can do this!!
Statistics and words in general can
and will put a Spell on you if
you listen to them and if that's
how you govern your life.
What you are saying is so true.
I appreciated the mention of "tech savvy." It is very important now. I'm tired of waiting on agents who can't do the basics of entering a listing into MLS or processing an offer for electronic signatures. They rely on their assistants or waste the time of others. Technical expertise needs to be emphasized more.
Agreed! It's a necessity for the times. Thanks for watching and dropping a comment, Deborah!
Great Video! 👍
Thanks! 👍 Glad you liked it.

Always! Anyone can make this career happen for them. All it takes is some elbow grease and dedication and you're there. Are you currently going after a real estate license?
@@USRealtyTraining I'm going for a brokers license in North Carolina. And thank you I'm decided on doing this. I think the education alone is worth it.
@@amycajamarca3363 Agreed! Best of luck to you, Amy! I'm glad you found the channel and you're starting this exciting journey!
@@USRealtyTraining me too! Thank you for your work!! Very informative
Are the classes back on location or online still?
Thanks for asking! We're tentatively shooting to offer in-person classes in August in a select few locations. Most of the information is still to be determined. When we have a finalized date, we'll be sure to let EVERYONE know. Hope this helps!
@@USRealtyTraining However to be perfectly honest, i like it online better.
Hello. Would I be best served to find a real estate agent with a brokers license to apprentice for before getting started?
If you don't have a real estate license, you will be limited with what you can help that agent with because some tasks will required licensure. With that said, shadowing or working as an assistant will always help you learn the industry without the taking the risk of jumping in head first. Do what you think is right for you!
@@USRealtyTraining Well, thank you. Appreciate the reply.
@@USRealtyTraining I know this is going to be a ridiculous and obnoxious question, but how would one angle themselves to be able to someday sell the really nice luxury homes? I assume you’d have to start small and bill rapport for years, but was wondering if there was like a program or a special company one could start with to ultimately attain that kind of position.
I've been losing motivation to study for real estate exam.
Just keep on pushing because you got this.
You got this! We covered this exact question in a recent video we published. Here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/cgmigPl-PDo/v-deo.html
Hope you enjoyed it. Also, wishing you the best of luck on the State Exam.
@Ambient Holistic nope. Took the test January 2022. Passed the first time around. Did real estate the entire summer in NorCal. It sucked. Nothing but money going out. Horrible commission split. End of the year, reverted to referral agent because I couldn’t afford outrageous mls fees for end of the year and outrageous desk fees following the next week for January 2023. Had to get a job so that I can live. … REALISTICALLY. didn’t enjoy dealing with people, Lookie Lou’s. It was awful!
Quizlet is pretty good it focuses on the questions that were ask last on the last test hope this helps😊
And if I’m 16 can I even start to do anything?
Not yet. But now is the perfect time to start learning more about the industry, how it works, and how to build a good career in it.
