📕I loved Divine Rivals too!! I think I read it in one sitting. It had me so captivated. When I read the second book, I wasn’t as impressed with the plot or story. I didn’t like where we were headed. It had a very different feel to it. Where the first one was light and whimsical, the second one was dark and doomy. Reading the second definitely brought down the series average and I wish I hadn’t read the second one. It makes me look back on the first one differently like, “why did I like this one much?”
