      Wow good for you girl. We’re the same age and I’ve been smoking since I was 20. Heavy smoker 2-3 packs a day. I was diagnosed with COPD yesterday and haven’t had a cigarette since! The cravings are real intense but I don’t wanna eventually be living on oxygen! Keep with it and will all breath better together 😎

    I'm just over two months clean. I still have the very difficult days where I literally burst into tears. Smoking was my friend for 30 years. It was my peace time, my comfort. It's been a rough two months but I will never ever go back to smoking. You eventually realíse smoking isn't your friend, it's your enemy. I've had days where I haven't thought of smoking at all. I'm so proud of myself. I know it's only two months, but it's been a worthwhile fight which I'll continue to fight ❤️

    I went to the ER as a kid. The x-ray tech was smoking in the hospital showing me the x-ray. You used to be able to smoke everywhere. In Dallas now you can't smoke in the park. (Sorry my English is terrible) Once I was hospitalized for a week and obviously I couldn't smoke. I had this liquid bag thing attached to my arm on a stick that I could move around and so, under horrible weather and being very sick, I would go out to the front of the hospital and smoke. People would look at me with absolute disgust, this sick pale kid so addicted to cigs that he has resorted to this. I would have judged myself if I saw myself doing what I was doing and I felt so guilty, weak and disgusting. I will never forget that feeling. -- I'm on day 2 btw

    Everytime my husband cheats on me over smoking, I will come to watch your video. It gives me a lot of supports! It has been 7 years and I have to admit I lose to Nicotine. I hate it so much! All these years I couldn't change my husband but I ended up I get depression for this issue. Life is too hard! Who create this Nicotine at first! How good if this world has no cigarette and the stupid Nicotine, I am seriously thinking of a divorce now after so many years on and off, discover his lies and forgive me. Try and try and try, fail and fail and fail.....a sad wife here.

    • @wanlinglee3276
      @wanlinglee3276 3 роки тому

      @D B Cooper no no no, definitely not the money, you make me laughing. How much a nicotine cancer stick can cause compare to the income... and neither I care about his health. If he choose something to harm his life, I have no objection, this is his freedom. So what I care most if the "withdrawal syndrome' he passed to me! He has never smoke in front of me, he lied to me to smoke, for example smoke in office, smoke when I go grocery or bring kids to school. So whenever he is with me, that is the time he can't inhale nicotine. So, all the bad temper, nervous, tiredness, anxiety....X 100 bad things are throwing to me, I just feel so unfair! Second, it is about the trust between husband and wife, he lied to me for thousand times because of this Nicotine. I always assumed that he is not a smoker, but after, sure I found out that he is smoking behind me..... sorry, typing in emotion. Hope that you understand what I mean....

    I've had a cold and coughing phlegm, it woke me up last night. I know what to expect because I quit with Allan Carrs book before, this time it doesn't seem to be making the shift. Because I'm in a slump atm the ciggies keeping me company. I quit for almost a day last week then ran out to buy a pack and chain smoked it all back. How to fill the void..... how to motivate to want to... to hate it so much that even the 2 and a half packs lying on my table won't phase me. I get anxious when I have none... this is so hard! The countless times I've planned, had a shower washed my hair my clothes only to panic and mindless zombie runs for a fix......What I do remember is how greatly proud I was when I could say, nope I don't smoke anymore. It was literally the top of my list if achievements. I honestly need that morale booster right now and not be a slave to this abusive relationship. Ok. let's do this again.
