I have quit!!!! From 1st Jan 2023...till date...been 3 months . Can't believe it happened!! Chris I can't thank you enough...I listened to your videos everyday in those painful moments when I used to fail and still hope to be free... now I ll never go back. Finally I see how trapped I was
Thank you Chris. Really appreciate the share. I'm on day 34 after quitting after several relapses over a period of 1.5 years and am grateful to have found your channel. It helps to have a community of people who've been through similar stuff! Thanks again for creating these...
Hey Chris! I quit smoking 2 months ago and your videos really helped the pain feel a lot less intense and now I’m looking back and I’m amazed at how far I’ve come! Keep up the awesome videos and thank you for what you do!
I absolutely love this video. I love when you said there's nothing holding you back from achieving what you want. I'm afraid. I have alot of fear. I'm trying so hard to hold on to that confidence. It's just a tough spot when I worry about what others think. I want to be a cop but I'm worried they won't let me because I had a few underages, a spotty work history, am in recovery, and diagnosed with depression. I have a game plan though. And my heart is telling me that whether it takes 6 months or 10 years, I'm gunna make it to my dream. You're videos have helped me so much, you will never know!!
So glad you found it helpful, Jordan. I've no doubt you'll be able to find a way to make it happen for you. Put that game plan into action, I bet you it's worth it :)
Howdy Chris. Am nearly 2 years into it now. (With your help)! I've been using a vape though with no nicotine. Have you got any advice as to how to get off it?

You are visibly getting younger (watching some older videos and some newer). You are also helping me a lot.

I was actually told people who try several times are the most likely to do it.
Are you still going strong?
