My wr450 will get hot doing those single track trails too. Just got to stop and let it cool down and your good to go again 👍👍 Just be mindful of it on slow and tight trails buddy.
Hey. Off road single trail is a lot of fun. Congrats on getting into it. Now this next bit i say will be unpopular. Unless you are an experienced rider, a Wr450 is not a good bike to learn on. A more trail oriented bike would be better. This bike will fatigue you too quickly due to the power. The best thing you can spend your money on now is doing an off road course and learn from the experts. The one I did was down the south coast and was more valuable to me than any mod that I could do on the bike.
I’ve heard this by many other after I bought it haha - and the service interval is ridiculous, but not that hard. Thanks for the advice! I loved doing L’s and P’s course and I’ve actually been very keen on an off-road course (and all the others). If you learn one thing from a course that saves your life then it’s definitely worth it. 🙏

@@MotoFeelz check out academyofoffroadriding.com.au . I found their trail/enduro course was brilliant. Definitely made me a better off road rider.
