Prizsm . IKR. My Im going to really miss the characters and this section of Marvel. You rarely get to see the Shield part of marvel . And a show instead of a movie really helps you understand the timeline a lot better . Personally my favorite character is Agent May. Because the actress (Ming Na wen) voice acted Mulan.

Marvels Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is my favorite show so this was surprisingly interesting, especially the parts about Hive because he had a huge role even though he ended up dying in space by his own weapon which was a nuclear warhead. Although i wish that they would have talked about how Simmons got stuck om Maveth or how she got back home to earth.
That show has a Kree connection in every season too, it takes in a different connection each time and gradually exposing their history with Earth. It feels like season 5 was where it came full circle, but season 6 is going to be shorter than previous seasons. So I'm guessing this will be a way to tie up some loose ends with the series.

Agents of SHIELD really played a huge part in story building behind the scenes
Which makes it even more sad that not a single part of its story is ever referenced in any other movie or series in the MCU...
It's amazing how the MCU managed to build this coherent story across many episodes and films. Sad that this level of world building isn't felt in all of the MCU.

Also, in Agents of SHIELD season 3, it had that whole backstory of Will, and him going from NASA to Hydra and through the Monolith, etc.
He didn't willingly join Hydra. He was a part of a project financed by Hydra, but Will didn't know that
They sent 12 men every 2-4 decades and he survived that for 15 years till his worst fear hive killed him and took his body cause it was healthier then the Astronauts even tho he had a big hole in his leg

... then AoS season 5 happened, revealing that General Hale had escaped the fall of HYDRA, and was contacted by Quovas, who warned of alien warship approaching Earth and demanded the Gravitonium, metal that can control gravity, for his help.
Hale instead restarted "the Destroyer of Worlds" project, originally thought up by Whitehall. It was a plan that would infuse Gravitonium with a strong individual, making the person the defender of Earth. Hale's daughter Ruby was the initial choice for "the Destroyer" but Hale decided that Daisy Johnson would be better candidate, and seeked cooperation from S.H.I.E.L.D.
After Ruby tried to become "the Destroyer" herself, she was killed by S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Elena Rodriguez. Now vengeful Hale informed Quovas of location of S.H.I.E.L.D., who now held the gravitonium.
However, during the attack, once-prisoned-but-freed, but-turned-out-to-be-brainwashed-spy General Glenn Talbot wanted to make ammends and infused himself with the Gravitonium, becoming the superpowered individual known in the comics as "Graviton."
Julius KIm Then Talbot killed General Hale, ending Hydra once and for all.
Well not really because in infinity war it was revealed that the red skull is still alive so I guess hes the last one.

@@TabalugaDragon Ya like Malick said in Season 3 Hydra was founded on the belief that the ultimate power was not of this world in witch case that referred to Hive but people like Red Skull and others maybe didn't believe in HIve and so sought artifacts like the Tesseract and Red Skulls Hydra also added in the Nazi addition of Global Domination

I have a theory that in Season 4, when AIDA injected herself into the Framework as Madame Hydra, she did so because there was a real-world person named Ophelia Sarkissian that the Framework predicted could become leader of HYDRA in the alternate timeline and thus took her place.

I expected more Grant Ward, as (For a brief time) he was the head of a remaining hydra forces before joining forces with Gideon Malick.

Wow, great job. You should also mention about dr List (Winter Soldier, Agents of Shield, Age of Ultron,) and agent Sitwell (the Consultant, Thor, Avengers, Item 47, Agents of Shield, Winter Soldier) because they are quite important for this story.
Sitwell was the guy who was one of the captured Shield agents on the boat in the beginning of CWS and Dr.List was the guy beside Strucker all the time?

They certainly wanted to buy it, i thought Ant-man stopped the deal before it could go through, but who knows. Hydra might have gone away with something.

Peter From Petersen one of the HYDRA agents (Mitchell Carson the guy who was with Howard Stark, Peggy Carter, and Hank Pym in the flashback scene in Ant Man) took some of Cross Pym Particles in the chaos and escaped with them

The thing which I like about marvel is that you get the basic fans who have only seen the movies then you get the fans who have seen the movies and the tv shows like AofS and inhumans who understand the backstories and the complexity of the MCU and after that you get fans who have seen the films, watched the tv shows and read the comics. No matter what you watch or read, you will always have an understanding of the MCU which I find quite clever.

It's not complete - Hydra is very much alive and kicking in the fifth season of 'Agents of SHIELD'. And there is another evil organization in MCU, maybe even bigger than Hydra, The Hand. These two organization could have been connected somehow in MCU (by Roxxon Oil, for example). There was also one overlooked Hydra agent very close to Howard Stark, Obadiah Stane, he was high enough in Hydra to kill Howard using the Winter Soldier as a weapon of choice.

It’s Called the confederacy and made out of alien leaders and tricked the last hydra head, a high ranking Air Force general, into giving them gravitonium. They warned people about Thanos before he attacked.
RagemodeInitiated/Harnoor the confederacy got their asses handed to them, but the 10 rings is still active and the Red Skull’s HYDRA Faction will most likely come back into play after Avengers 4.
When Coulson killed Ward I was mad af I wanted Daisy/ Skye to have the satisfaction of Quaking or just shooting him to death..
But, I guess Coulson did good killing him, but then he turned into the Hive and manipulated Daisy which made s3 pretty....

You should have mentioned how Hydra fired the nuke on New York.
The shield council fired the nuke on New York, they weren't Hydra, and were actually all except for one member killed by Alexander Pierce.
Malick gave the order to fire the nuke.
I've seen that season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and don't recall him ever saying that.
Besides Alexander Pierce was the highest ranking member of Hydra at that time, then came Strucker, Whitehall and then Malick
Knight Wraith Actually Gideon Malick ordered that nuke which probably makes sense given the fact that he was a world security council member and was apparently HYDRA. He was talking to Fury in the first Avengers if you didn't notice him on screen persuading him to launch the nuke which actually makes a lot more sense now if you ask me
Red Skull is still alive, and even still young. Soon after being transported across the galaxy by the Space Stone (the Tesseract) he will begin a sublight-speed voyage across the galaxy to return to Earth. He will be approximately the same age when he reaches Earth despite many decades passing for the rest of the galaxy because of the relativistic effect of high speed space travel on the passage of time. (Einstein's relativity, like from Ender's Game) This will result in Red Skull being ready to be the antagonist of a new Marvel film or series.
How do I know this? Not because I've read the comics. Just because I understand how writing works.
Execpt the movies don't follow the comics directly, and non of that can be deducted, nice theory tho.
