The Super Soldier Serum is one of the most sought after and mysterious items in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While it may seem pretty straight forward, you know, you inject someone with this Serum and they become super strong but that’s not really the case. In today’s video we’ll take an in-depth look at what the super soldier serum is and how impactful it’s been to the marvel cinematic universe as a whole.

Look up the fish-men (or fish mutates)
It's Marvel canon and this would be a perfect way to introduce them
@@Grizzlox you think that's a reference? I mean I loved the Agent Carter show but that's a whacky way to do it.
@@jorgegfigueroa9755 yeah it would be more likely to be one of "Mr. Blue's" experiments. The Leader
It attracted a shark and the Megalodon was reborn!
and ...... That's how MCU's Namor the submariner was created!
Man if cap and red guardian end up on screen together it'll be so fun lol
For sure
I don't think that's ever gonna happen but I am pretty psyched to see us agent vs red gaurdian
I'd llve to see that, but also wouldn't mind seeing Zemo try to kill Red Guardian and USAgent.
Cap vs Fat
@@darthkek1953 is Cap old or from the Multiverse?
Interesting fact. In comic Dr. Erskine claimed the right diet and exercise could produce a peak human as well. This was proven to be true as his Grandson underwent the diet and exercise giving him incredible physical prowess.
Yes, hence One Punch Man was born.
and with John Walker
@@Viqtor John got his butt handed to him, once he had taken the serum he could beat the crap out of people
@@bearbrown766 doesn’t change what I said lmao. He was still peak human before the serum. That’s why he was chosen to become the next cap
His grandson does get immediately killed, though. Oof. His face had one too many holes.
This video shows how there’s so much lore already tightly packed into the MCU, and this is only scratching the surface of the entire history!
Abraham Erskine
knows the value of super-soldier serum. Therefore, he knows the serum requires the right host in order to get the perfect result.
So glad I'm not the only one who still considers Agents of SHIELD and the Netflix shows part of the MCU.
Edit: Oh, and Agent Carter too.
No their are not as Kevin Faige doesn't consider them to be
@@dimitryanyanwu7681 He never explicitly said they're not canon, and he probably never will, because taking a stance either way will alienate some people. Confirming they're not canon will piss off fans of Agents of SHIELD and/or Marvel Netflix fans, and saying they are will get the other half riled up, the fans who only ever watched the movies and Disney Plus shows. Fact is, they were intended to be canon when they were first made and until Feige comes out and says something definitive, I will consider them canon because I freaking love Agents of SHIELD and Daredevil.
@@RbkARI
Yeah Fiege never said they were, never said they weren’t. Whatever you think as a fan is what matters anyway. :D
I think Fiege keeps it this way because they want to release their own versions on + maybe? Like Punisher and the Inhumans. Etc.
@@RbkARI Agent Carter is canon, agents of shield has been confirmed to not be so, and the netflix shows are yet to be announced
I'm pretty sure Agents of SHIELD takes place in an alternate timeline not the main timeline
If you look closely in the opening credits for Black Widow, you can see some of the SuperSoldier Serum. So maybe it was given to Natasha and some of the other Widows
That must have been a really small dose because if that was the case, she would be as strong as Carter in "What If...?".
The fact that Bradley was a Cap and is alive and still capable of superhuman feats means that the serum was still a part of the military.
I think the Weapons Plus program is coming to the MCU
A super soldier I would like to see are Wolverine, Deadpool and maybe sentry
That would be a good way to introduce them, plus the ultimate comics go with that origin for wolverine so he could be super “kinda” soldier
Carlos Gamez16 yea
HELL YES!!! Weapon X project is a great way to get the X-Men to the MCU.
Is there an origin of wolverine getting the SSS?
Dylan Cook ultimate comics and earth 616 can be considered a super soldier since weapon x was using mutants to be enhanced soldiers

I feel like you guys could have included the Extremis serum but this was overall an incredible video.
True on that
I'd like to know why we haven't seen the leader come back in MCU and his leader / Hulk form
Blame universal for not making a sequel
I think I heard he will come back in the she hulk series
@@mrsarcasm5900 no need he is technically in the MCU. That hulk movie is canon
@@kermitthevodkafrog7039 that would be cool
@@joecool201 From what I read online the rights reverted back to Marvel. That being said I believe they may still have the option to distribute any solo Hulk movie
It'll be great to see how they bring the X-men into the mix now. We all have to remember that the Weapon X project was also a means to obtain super soldiers as a result to recreate the succession of Steve Rogers.
Really well put together historical chronicle!
2:33 And thus.. *Captain Fish was born.*
......damn the amount of lore mcu/mcm has more lore that my history class
In one of the universes shown to us in What If? there was a version where Abraham Erskine survived and America retained knowledge of the super-soldier serum. They created an army of warriors the world has never seen before. They decapitated Germany by landing in Berlin in 1941, capturing the top of the Reich and shooting down the red skull.
Steve frees Eric (magneto) from the Auschwitz concentration camp. He said that only Nazis divide people because of their nation and blood. And these words led Eric all his life. Captain America became his hero and he cherished the dream of a world where all humans and mutants would be equal and live in peace. But what an irony, given what happened next, it then turned out.
Steve, along with the rest of the super soldiers, returned to America by ship, but they were attacked by the Nazis who did not surrender and all the super soldiers, including Nick Fury, died. Only Captain America survived.
In 1943, the President creates SHIELD under the leadership of Steve Rogers and Steve replenishes it with people he has chosen who were injected with the serum.
In 1944, Steve states that the effect of the serum is reset after a while and constant replenishment is needed, and therefore the mass distribution of the serum is impossible and it is barely enough to ensure the efficiency of the SHIELD.
In 1948, SHIELD drops super-soldiers in Moscow and beheads communists. The USSR is destroyed.
Pax America, the world of America is becoming a reality.
In 1956, Steve is elected to the presidency. He states that the super soldier serum does not work on non-white people because they have different genetics and the serum will damage the immune system leading to death.
The black population was sick of going on strike against serum segregation, but SHIELD super-soldiers brutally suppressed the protests, and the black riots were shown on TV, which claimed the lives of many soldiers. Blacks, like Asians before, were moved to relocation camps by presidential decree.
President Steve Roger gave all Loyal Americans, through the serum, physical perfection, freedom from disease, and long life. If they stopped being loyal, they didn't get their monthly settling doses and lost all upgrades.
Now America has become a nation of perfect people, unless of course you are white, and not black, Asian, Arab or Slavic.
Reed Richad, Sue Storm, Johnny Storm, and Ben Grimm were gunned down by a Super S.H.I.E.L.D. soldier while attempting to board the ship.
Bruce Banner, using gamma rays, developed a way to enhance and prolong the effect of the serum already flowing in his veins. Research declared illegal by Steve's administration. SHIELD agents shot him.
Peter Parker, too young to receive a dose of the serum, was bitten by a spider and given spider powers. He began to appear anonymously on TV in order to earn money. When he returned home, he saw the bodies of his Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Paralyzed with terror, he held the body of his aunt in his arms. He was so overcome with grief that he did not listen to his spidery senses ringing and was shot by SHIELD agents who killed his family. Among the bottom were Fank Castle and Clint Barton. The US government considered non-human freaks unworthy of life and hunted them like animals, and Peter was one of them.
For decades, Steve Roger has been re-elected again and again, becoming the eternal ruler of the United States, the greatest nation in the world. America stands strong, free from the influence of impure races and inhuman freaks.
Atlantis was destroyed by the Americans, along with the entire population for their inhuman nature. Doctor Strange was captured and killed. His magical artifacts were used as weapons, such as against Thor whom they caught, for which they had to sacrifice fifty super-soldiers. Stark Industries has developed a new armor for SHIELD that has made super soldiers even stronger, and the hunt for mutants, rebels and punitive actions against impure races even more effective. The black population throughout the territory of the United States, which has expanded markedly, were forced to either starve without being able to legally feed their families, or break the law and be caught and go to death camps. One of these was Samuel Wilson, who would have been The Falcon. Americans live in an ideology of white supremacy and racism. The mutants of Eric's school, in which he taught them to use their superpowers for good and live in peace, were killed by SHIELD along with his family. So Eric's dream of peace and equality perished, and he became Magneto. "Since people could not accept the mutants as equals, they will accept us as masters!" My guess is that Xavier was revealed as a mutant and killed by SHIELD agents, like Peter and many others. Matten Murdock was eliminated by SHIELD agents.
This is the "Perfect" world that was created by the fact that Erskine survived and which he helped build. This is a world ruled by the so-called Steve Rogers. A world ruled by American Nazism, a world where the occupied countries are surrounded by death camps, and people are divided into complete and inferior in terms of skin color and nation. Where Americans regularly carry out bloody punitive acts of intimidation against those who are not under their direct occupation. Where the Americans became the real Aryans and master race.
Thanks for this awesome detailed breakdown, I love how you don't talk a hundred miles an hour, like other UA-cam video narrations.. where you cant even understand what they are talking about during the whole breakdown
Remember Abomination cameo on Shangchi trailer? He seems evolved and more like his counterpart in the comics, do you think he got another injection or just evolved?
Another injection I think
I think he just evolved, given that Abomination doesn't look exactly the same as he did in The Incredible Hulk movie. Because it has been more than 10 years since the movie was released, so it's natural that he's changed. While Abomination is maintaining the same size, his facial features have evolved the most since 2008. The last time we saw Abomination, Blonsky had just transformed into the beast, but he has mutated even further based on the Shang-Chi trailer. This could be mainly by the reason of the gamma radiation that is within his body which makes him evolve or mutate his appearance.
Or an Alternate Timeline
Why does everyone think Abomination evolved? I'm pretty sure he looks like that because they want him to look more comic accurate. The Incredible Hulk (2008) was before the MCU really took off and we haven't seen Abomination in a while, so some changes are to be expected.
I would love to see red guardian and cap on screen
That'll be so badass
What on earth is it with these people. Not writing down the process of making the serum, not making much of it at a time, and then keeping all of theirs in the same place.
Pretty sure hulk is the perfect form of the serum - basically unbeatable if you threw all super soldiers into an arena in their full forms - so strongest captain america, worldbreaker hulk etc hulk coems out on top
I don’t think Centipede and the rest of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D is cannon because the DarkHold is a main part of one of the seasons but is completely different from the DarkHold seen in WandaVision.
Agents of shield established that the darkhold can change its appearance, and the director of wandavision said that it’s the same one as seen in the previous shows
i love how when they actually created the perfect serum and then getting stolen after they just perfected it😂😂
I never understood... Was bucky a super soldier for years between rescue and falling without knowing it?
nah the serum was dormant in him and hydra activated it through all the intense shit they did to save him after the fall
great video organizing the mcu's super soldier stuff
the 20 second loop of music is driving me crazy
I wouldn't want the serum for the simple fact your metabolism burns 4 times faster than average. Not only would you always be eating and your food bill be high but if you didn't eat and did strenuous tasks you'd burn too calories. You'd feel weak, tired and start to loose muscle mass. Remember it pushes you to peak human not super. You still suffer all the same things, you have to eat to maintain strength ESPECIALLY being in such high human ability. The Heart Shaped Herb sucks as well because you have to keep taking it maintain it's effects.
Also, the massive shits you have to take from eating all that food.
Getting really annoyed at people saying “it pushes you to peak human not super” as if this is the comics and we haven’t seen Cap do superhuman things for 10 movies now
@@HellNaw98 it’s not human peak, it’s the peak of human evolution. Meaning like no human today could ever get as strong as cap, he’s as strong as a human could ever physically be.
@@princea9975 That doesn’t make sense either though. Humans will never evolve to be stronger than we are now since it’s not needed
Black Widow is a super soldier. Iron Man leaves a battle will bruises and a broken arm. Black Widow.....ready for a night out with the girls.
I never knew these movies were this connected Iike that never knew that
Technically due to Peggy Carter the ocean is some percentage super soldier
So what exactly about the Serum Bucky got was imperfect? Bucky didn't lose his face, burn, he's essentially just like he was pre-serum.
So Bucky had it before he lost his arm
Yes that's why he survived
He had a part of it. He was injected the finished version when hydra found him. Pretty lucky for hydra that it was him falling of the train who already had smth in him and not some other howling commandos member
When red guardian he said he fought captain america I thought maybe he fought a present day version of captain America like a Isaiah Bradley, or someone who took the serum, and the moniker of captain America
No mention of the Leader ? Didn't he received some of the blood of Banner in an open wound ?
So many attempt by so many smart people yet the first guy in second attempt tbh in his actual first attempt created perfect super soldier captain america while all the others had fault until the last one.
Hulk and Thor are my favourite so I hope the sort out hulk in the upcoming tv shows and films
I think the Hulk serum did enhance Bruce's personality. It just didn't enhance all of it. It released his suppressed rage and put his id in control.
It all boils down to which will win?
Biologically Enhanced People vs. Technologically Enhanced People
Didn’t think Bucky had a prototype super soldier serum
The "performance enhancers" aka the goblin serum should've been a worthy mention
Ye but like its not the Super soldior serum? Unless Im missing something
10:32 Ope there goes gravity
This was quite helpful! :D
Why is nobody asking the biggest question of all?! Bucky (Winter Soldier) was not frozen like Capt A, and has not aged like Capt and Isaiah Bradley did?! How is it that Bucky has stayed younger the whole time?!
He WAS frozen. They go over this multiple times during Winter Soldier and Civil War.
Wow....this explanation really makes sense
Hi
Hi!
People calling hulk the strongest aint seen scarlet pissed at something yet
first UA-cam video I saw in 2023
Green goblin also took the super soldier serum in Raimis Spider-Man 1and then Harry took it in Spider-Man 3
The many Weapons made by Marvel.
Hulk back story has a little more juice too it but I’ll take this👌🏾
Can't wait to see Weapon X in the MCU
FYI red skull looked like that because he spent so long staring at the tesseract. The serum wasn’t enough to protect him.
Well, the movies and comics differentiate
@@analonegoose3159 true but I have seen every marvel movie and honestly haven’t read through 5 comics
So the S3 plan is neither a Solid Snake Simulation nor the Selection for Societal Sanity ?😀
Of course not getting dizzy is a problem
First Toby Spider-Man, is that green goblin also super soldier serum?
Great effort. Thanks man
Where is that scene of Peggy pouring the blood from? Is it agents of shield? Deleted scene?
Agent Carter finale I believe
I have a theory.. I think Popeye was the first volunteer to be tested on, but maybe he hid his powers for his love for Olive
Kill monger was a real deal even without super soldier serum
so 3 out of 6 avengers are result of super soldier serum
We need Ross to be Red Hulk in the MCU 😭😭😭
Too late for that
I wonder if the spider who bit Spider-Man plays into this at all, it gave him crazy strength that easily overpowered Bucky.
What show/movie was the centipede thing from?
Could you do a video on the extremis project
Isn't Patriot (Elijah Bradley) the last super solider? He gained superpowers through an emergency blood transfusion.
Actually John new captiam America took the serum twice the army and already gave it to me him but whne he found the extra vile on the floor he took the serum for the second time
Not true. Pay attention to the show, man.
Awesome video!
Thanks!
Unless I’m remembering this wrong was Luke cage or Jessica jones also a failed version of the serum
Bucky is my fav super winter soldier
I want to see a what if the super soldier serum never existed like that would make the biggest change ever there would be no red skull , captain America , hulk and more and the avengers probably would've lost in the first movie because they would be missing two of there strongest members cap and hulk
im confused, I thought bucky received the serum after he fell from the train not before
Nope. Before. That's how he survived the fall.
what If you mix all the super solder serums in the mcu together what would happen to somebody injected with all that how strong would they become
They’d probably shit blood and die
You either become like The Abomination or Die a painful death
@@KeyIssues 😂 probably
@@kongthornton780 agreed
@@KeyIssues But what if you inject it into someone with a healing factor? 👀
Yeah because I got confused when I see more super soldiers besides Steve

I'd hire you as head scientist if I was in charge
Not true, look at hulk, most dangerous being in the world
@@HTMN161 but he’s also a danger for a good long while until he can control it. Did not see Steve bust and smash up everything when the dude got shot.
@@HTMN161 it is true Bruce didn’t meant to create the hulk the hulk was a accident that Bruce used by using gamma instead of rays
Dude it has to be Gatorade Blue!
The more I read and understand the video, I literally respect Zemo's ideology of destroying the serum. There can only be one Steve Rogers
Bro now you are lmao zemo had me when I watched those guys almost kill bucky and then he gave me one of my favorite movie moments in falcon and winter soldier after hearing that crazy speech from William the way he shot him and dropped the gun was like "bro he had it coming"
Zemo acting like the anti white witch from narnia. Offering turkish delight and spitting truth
EXCELLENT WORK. KEY 🗝 ISSUES MCU SUPER SOLIDERS SERUMS
It could be that Bruce got closer then he realised, and the hulk was not created because of any fault with the serum, but instead when used on banner himself(due to his unstable psyche) it allowed a dormant part of his personality to manifest itself.
It kinda all goes back to how the serum also enhances the personality traits of people, in banners case the enhancement of his personalities created too much distinction between them causing them to split.
Bro you might be on to something
That would hit on the Jekyll & Hyde parallel that the original comics were trying to emulate as well.
That's actually pretty accurate, Bruce had a split personality, not just one but many, and as its said the serum enchances not only the physical abilities but also the way someone acts, making the good a hero and the bad a villain, now here's the tricky part, Bruce didn't get any enhancement, because Hulk, the side that's being dormant got all the effects from Capi's juice, but also Hulk is purely based on ganma radiation, so it may be that when he used the serum, Hulk got all the power and the excess of gammma rays enchanced even further his powers, kinda like an overload that lasts forever (at least this would be it if they don't go with "The one below all" route, wichi would be nice)
Like the 7 sins??
@@nuggiedejuggie3746 I don't think I get what you're saying
Mcu really needs to redeem the Hulk, and make him live up to his name as the strongest there is... That aside i really enjoyed the video and honestly your voice is perfect for documentaries and narrations... Awesome as always.👍
@@Sonic-hq9zz then who was/is?
@@Sonic-hq9zz Pretty sure he was mate. Didn't he destroy a planet once? But the mcu made him look weak. Same with Thor
@@Sonic-hq9zz okay, I will give that you didn't mention scarlet witch.
@@Sonic-hq9zz bro there's a difference between power and strength... One above all is an omnipotent being so that's not fair... Power and strength are different, Power has to do with the character's abilities examples: Lightning, magic and things like that. But strength has to do with a character's physical abilities examples: How hard a character can punch, the amounts of weights a character can lift things like that.. Hulk is physically the strongest character in marvel, Marvel has literally made it clear, heck even reailty warpers in marvel have admitted and confirmed that Hulk is the strongest of them all with no limit to his strength... So yeah he's definitely the strongest there is.... Also concerning The one above all there is another character called the one below all and he's the opposite of the one above all, Hulk literally draws his power and strength from the one below all... So Hulk is no joke. . As far as Marvel is concerned Hulk is the strongest there is and they've been confirming this for over 50+ years... Hulk is physically the strongest, characters like Thor,Hercules and so on have all confirmed this...
@@Sonic-hq9zz bruv silver surfer is more powerful not stronger... Surfer himself has said Hulk is stronger, Hulk has also over powered Surfer in a fight.. I'll get you the link.
Since we are here talking about the super soldiers, I like to think that the Captain America that Red Guardian "fought" might have actually been Isaiah Bradley Cap. It's cool to theroize
It wouldn't fit the timeline. Isaiah was around during the 50s and probably early 60s. Red Gaurdian came much later in the late 80s and early 90s
@@joseluis5055 yeah and Isaiah was in jail for 30 years. I'm liking the idea that when Steve Rogers went back to the past to be with Peggy, knowing he couldn't be Captain America because it would screw up the timeline, became Nomad, and may have fought the Red Guardian as Nomad, but Alexei recognized him as an older Steve Rogers anyway. He would've certainly seen pictures of Steve, especially considering he seemed almost obsessed with their pseudo-rivalry.
Everyone in the world knows who Steve Rogers is, so Guardian most likely would know his face, at least, and know by just the skin color. It has to be another cap we haven't seen yet. Another possibility is that Isiah had his whole face covered so Guardian never saw Isiah's face or skin color.
It might be a time traveler cap who is recruited into the tva which will explain his shield
I saw someone say that the captain america red guardian fought wasn't even captain america. Like, that person was just some random person that their government dressed as "captain america" to test/show red guardian's abilities. You know, like some kind of propaganda to show to the masses. I've stuck with that since, it just makes sense to me that they would do that lol.
I miss the old hulk when he actually got bigger and stronger the angrier he gets
Fuuuuuyfù
Yeah, the current Hulk keep acting like a child. Hes not even scary anymore
He was too OP. Wouldn't make sense when they have group battles & he can just do all that. I don't agree with the Hulk nerf though
@@sl9wdive I blame that on Ragnarok, not only did the Hulk look less intimatiding than he was just two years in Age of Ultron (unreasonable slight face redesign). The way Hulk stared at Tony Stark after he spit his tooth out was a 1000 times more threatening than when he looked up at Loki in his battle vs Thor in Ragnarok. Also, his voice in Ragnarok...was very, very child like and not man like (like how it's supposed to be), and it gets annoying listening to that version of his voice. I have no idea why they thought it was a good idea to auto tune his voice. In the previous MCU movies, Hulk's voice and roar alone ("Leave me alone, Hulk smash, puny god") was powerful enough and threatening enough to make you tremble, to make policemen put their guns down, to make Tony Stark wake up from his near death experience, but he sounded like that one big annoying friend at school, who you wish would shut up sometimes.
I know these are all minor nitpicking, but it was something I just had to say.
@@SpFlash1523 I just hate how small he is now.
He's now under 7 foot, nothing compared to the 8'1 monster in his first movie, and you can see the difference between him vs abomination in that movie vs him and abomination in she hulk.
The hulk at minimum should be 7'3 if not 7'9.
I did not know "Gatorade Blue" was this awesome!!!!!
Sir, it Powerade Blue 😂
Windex Blue
I can't imagine what will happen if Cap and the Red guardian meet 🤣
Cap will whoop his ahh💀
They definitely could have met sometime before Endgame
@@KeyIssues I can't imagine cap going back trough time and not be involved. Maybe him coming back was supossed to happen so he made some things of the records, maybe in the 80s he met red guardian after all
Familiar of Cold War?
They’d probably just stare at each other flex since that’s what the US and USSR basically did to each other in the Cold War.
Ever since we saw Cap and Panther rush the enemy together in infinity war I've had the theory that the Serum and the Heart Shaped herb are connected. It's no mere coincidence they do the second test around the same time Howard Stark gets his hands on some Vibranium. And the Cap and Panther running together at the same super soldier pace together seems to hint at that
Same thoughts , cap and black panther both have the same abilities with black panther only having the draw back off not gaining muscle mass also m Baku is said to be vegetarian but has the second strongest clan in wakanda imo maybe they also consume a form of the heart shape herb which is why he didn't decide to take it from them in the first movie and would explain there stupid size and strength
The HSH has a supernatural underlying to it as its connected to the deity bast, theres no way the wakandans or bast would allow an outsider to contaminate or compromise the herb whereas the SSS is all science. Also that theory doesnt make sense because if stark did get his hands on the HSH then why did he feel the need and bust his ass off to replicate the SSS? All stark did was contribute the vita rays to the program, the serum was all erskine.
That's a great theory! It's like in real life "medicine" is a simulacrum of herbs found naturally! Because the "medicine" is composed from extracting the acting agent WITHOUT the ingredients that give the acting agent from the herb its BALANCE, the "medicine" induces side effects, just like the side effects in the successors to the Super Soldier Serum! What perspicacity, mate!
@@venm766that would be smart, but I think the heart shaped erb is a product of vibranium, M Bacu and his clan shun all vibranium, but maybe ,

Carter pouring Steve's blood on the ocean created the Ninja Turtles 🤣

Bro, she made killer croc and killer shark wtf
Ok, this is just downright stupid.
Bucky is similar to Ultimate Cap in that he didn’t get all his abilities from Zola’s serum. He was also experimented on with the Tesseract, amongst other things - which how he survived the fall but showed no signs of enhancement.
Bucky has never been near the tesseract in the MCU
@@KeyIssues He was held prisoner and experimented on in the same HYDRA base where Red Skull and Zola had the Tesseract in ‘First Avenger’.
It’s also heavily teased by Shuri in the the 2020 MCU tie in book ‘Wakanda Files’:
"It is likely that Zola utilized gamma radiation from the Tesseract to enhance Barnes."
At the beginning we had Steve Rogers who held back in almost every on-screen fight and at the end we had John Walker, most ruthless of them all, haven't seen him holding back yet. Two exact opposite personality bearing the same power.
I'd say John Walker is way more powerful then Steve Rogers strength wise Steve Rogers was skinny asf while John Walker was already in peak human condition and was overpowering and ragdolling both Sam and Bucky like they where nothing
@@JR-eu8ck good keep thinking that. That's what I said dumbass, Steve always held back, he faught with morals. Not like a mindless mercenary. Even the og winter Soldier would have whopped walker's ass with whole mind control thing. You can continue with the argument but now I'll ignore ✌️.
@@fanta_claws What JR is saying is that John Walker was in peak human condition when he got the Serum while Steve Roger's was a frail teenage kid so you cant make an exact comparison just based on personality.
@@courier6402 you didn't watched the first Avenger, the Vita rays were used to enhance his physique to peak level, the serum did the superhuman thing after that.
@@JR-eu8ck John definitely was not throwing them around like ragdolls. Especially not Bucky who’s literally a Super soldier himself😂
The original Super Soldier Serum Steve Rogers took had to be injected into the larger various muscle groups on his body which then needed to be bombarded with Vita-Rays in order for the Serum to fully take shape. To me, the newer Super Soldier Serum we see in Falcon and the Winter Soldier doesn’t incorporate the use of Vita Rays after the hosts initial injection. That’s because they found a way to irradiate the newer serum with something similar to Vita-Rays so that the only thing left to be done is inject it into the host.
The vita rays were used to stimulate growth. Erskein knew that Steve would need to be taller to use his powers to the fullest. That’s why the Red Baron nor Isaiah used Vita Rays. They just had the serum injected into them. As for Bruce, he’s also a small guy. Perhaps he made it so the gamma radiation would activate growth hormones in his brain so he can grow and develop muscle much faster? Had Steve only taken the serum in The First Avenger, he would’ve been a little bit weaker and slower but much more agile and faster reflexes
Hulk serum enhanced banners split personality disorder separating him and the monster
Banner has Multiple Personality Disorder
Advanced his trauma, yeah. It just brought out the hurt kid that saw his mom killed. I hope they touch on that in She Hulk.
Neither of the people who mentioned the disorder by name in this comment thread used the right term
@@nekrouni8497 well from the books about the Hulk list the disorder as Multiple Personality cuz of the different Hulks
@@markmagician2471 that’s not what it’s called though, it’s an outdated term. The term used in more recent times is Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), so that’s why I said what I did.
Just wait until the fantastic four either end up as a time travel experiment or a super soldier experiment
There’s no in between
I have a feeling Fantastic 4 will be a time/multiverse experiment gone wrong that grants them powers.
@@TheAverageJo3 That seems to be the direction the cannon is heading
My thoughts are maybe they got trapped in the quantum realm and got their powers in there would also explain how they meet Kang if a variant of him is in there
I hope all these "CAPTAIN" will be met in future MCU projects.
All the captains
Into the Captain-Verse
marvel’s what if⁉️⁉️⁉️
@Marvel
The herb in Wakanda is the natural counter part to the super soldier serum, and might be a component of the serum. (It a strong maybe nothing confirmed or denied by MC)
I'm sure the "side affect" of Starks formula on the death squad was just their personality prior to recieving it, they followed commands before but now with how much power they have why would they?
true
Cause thier aggressive personality took over
Could be, makes more sense
Makes me feel like the serum is starting to get overused in the MCU...
You get a serum, and you get a serum and you also get a serum...
The comics are even worse…
No not really. It makes sense that this one incredibly powerful resource would be highly sought after and create conflict where ever it was found. That's what the infinity stones were after all and you wouldn't call those overused.
It's sorta similar with adamantium and vibranium tbh
Alot of people made/obtained close variants in terms of its feats
I see the serum as the infinity stones of the grounded part of the MCU
@@kori1218 true! It really is something special... that's why it's sought after by many people, but my point of view is it kinda made cap less special in a way... in a chest full of gold, cap was the only diamond... and now more diamonds are appearing... now cap is kinda being mixed with a new cheat full of similar diamonds in a sense... so yeah, for me it kinda takes away the "super soldier" in caps name since more people can get it... but that's just me anyway... lol
Just realised how much the MCU is revolved around the serum 😂
Cap is like the glue that connected all the avengers together. Natasha connected with him well because he had a lot in common with her dad and Steve actually knew tony starks dad
The super soldier serum is actually really op, makes the user really strong and fast, durable etc, have INFINITE stamina, a healing factor (with the strongest healing factor being able to heal every broken bone and pierced lungs in a single day) and smarter
I read somewhere that in the comics Logan is weapon X and Cap was weapon One.
Weapon +
