    So excited for a new resistance band workout! It was your older resistance band workouts that led me to Hasfit in the first place. One of very few places I've found that use the longer bands! Great work!

    You guys are great. I purchased resistance bands 3 months ago and haven’t looked back. In better shape now than pre-Covid. Very thankful for your videos as well as a couple of other channels teaching similar techniques. So much easier to get through a workout at home by following along to well/explained instructions. Cheers to you both.

    I'm in less pain and in great shape. Ppl ask how i get myself out of bed at 5am daily to do this and i tell them being pain free and being in shape. Its not easy but it's worth it. Thank you for these amazing workouts!! You guys rock!!

They are wonderful and they trully helped me stay lean and active during these trying times. Thank you so much, you guys are awesome!! I just finished this one and I loved it! The strength based training is a nice change of pace. Keep them coming!

    This is my favorite resistance band workout so far! Getting back into exercising, and resistance bands seem to really help me to avoid injury while still getting a decent workout.

    I work out primarily because of my chronic everyday anxiety. Every single day is the same:
    minute 00.00 I can do this, I want to do this
    minute 18.00 That's it I am done, I am going to die, I am a loser
    minute 32.00 Keep whining that I cant, but don't stop
    minute 40.00 I realize that I did it, almost cry because of satisfaction.
    I think the main goal is to act and stop listening to your mind, cause they go everywhere every single minute. And when you realize that you are not your mind, but something else beyond, you feel powerful. Exercising helped me with everyday pressure in my chest-anxiety and bad thoughts. This is the only way so far to give me instant relief from everyday pressure. Just done my workout and going to take a cold shower, and keep going with my day. You guys are awesome.

    love your workouts - thank you - just got an osteoporosis diagnosis so these are a perfect way for me to get stronger at home and have fun at the same time. I have never liked the gym but these videos make it possible for me to get fit and enjoy it.

    Have followed your workouts for a couple of years and love them. Am a senior and am having some arthritis and back issues. Would resistance bands give me a safer workout than weights?

    Excellist, so happy you added a new band class.. The band kept popping off my foot in the kick back excercise, so I tried it with one of those "magic circle" bands around my thighs so hopefully I got the right muscle.

    37:00 Cross the bands for the flys and you'll have tension throughout the range with no slop at the bottom.

    Loved the new resistance band workout. It was fun! I never knew you could do so many different workouts with a resistance band. Here I’ve just been using mine for stretches and warmups.

    loved the workout! for the upright external rotation, my band was too short and i couldn't keep my arms parallel. i went on my knees *hips stacked over knees)and put the band under one knee. much better!
