@@i.am.yurichanhi Yuri, come with me to Tenerife in Spain! I will pick you up in Japan ! You makes so nice videos. I just uploaded my latest video on my channel. Cycling and flying in Austria. Maybe the music is not your favourite! Good to see you happy! 😊❤
We have a phrase to describe hidden places (restaurants) which are maybe not as glamorous in appearance, but have delicious food - we call them “hole-in-the-wall” 😂 Kamakura is so peaceful and I am glad to have experienced this firsthand😌 thank you for sharing your day!
Kamakura is always a favorite place to visit to beat the bigger Tokyo crowds, I like the restaurants with the 2nd story water views to watch the ocean, cars, people walking. Thanks for the video!
I really enjoyed watching this video! The length was was perfect, it felt like I was watching a tv show! The shrine looks so peaceful, you'll need to show it to me whenever I'm able to book a tour with you and also local shops and restaurants!
Such a beautiful and serene video as well as very informative! I watched till the end (as always!) ☺️ Really find your content very heart-warming and calming. Thank you so much!
Thank you for the lovely walk. I loved Kamakura when I got to visit last year. I found a little place called U-Don & Tempura Teishoka that was perfect on a cold wet day!
Another great video showing everyday, non-tourist Japan. I look forward to your videos and the everyday Japanese that you speak; I find it much more useful than textbook Japanese to aid my learning.
I tend to look up as I walk. Sometimes, if the ground is uneven, I may stumble a bit. Thank you for sharing a little of your area. It lets us travel without leaving the house.
Yuri-chan thnx for sharing this awesome video. It's really a pleasure to see this beuatiful place and shrine. Japan is a fantastic country. Greetings from the Netherlands.
I loved how peaceful this video was, and I definitely appreciated the reminder of how to wash hands and pray properly. Hopefully, when I am with my family in Japan next year, we can book a tour with you in Kamakura. 😊
Very peaceful walk and visit to the shrine! Yes, I remember often climbing many steps to reach the shrines. The first time that I climbed 伏見稲荷大社 in Kyoto my legs became tired. For following visits I knew what to expect and found it easier. I enjoyed hearing you talk about visiting the shrine during your childhood. It is nice that you are able to visit often. When I walk I often look at the cloud formations. When I have my camera, I am always looking all around me, as well as above. You never know what you beauty you might have missed if you walk looking at the ground. Although please watch your step. 😊
0:48 "Is it dry in the winter where you live" Normally it is quite dry during winters here in Sweden, if you are really unlucky you might get freezing rain (it rains while it's around freezing temperature outside). Other than that, it's typically dry winters we have. Sometimes it can get slightly wet, mostly during the time when it's warm enough to melt snow and turn it into slush. Never liked it, makes it so much worse cause the wetness really saps your heat from you.
@@i.am.yurichan In Swedish, that would be "tack så mycket" 8:57 "If you don't yield to pedestrians on the sidewalk, you might get a fine or something" While it's law that you need to stop for pedestrians here in Sweden, I dislike that law. A problem is that some people just walk right out and expect cars to stop, some cars don't care or even sometimes don't notice pedestrians. This can create rather unfortunate situations where car meets person and typically person loses. It's common to look at the traffic and only cross the zebra crossing (övergångsstället in Swedish) when they pretty much come to a complete stop. This can be slightly annoying cause eko-driving doesn't like stopping and likes to slowly roll towards the zebra crossing, I dislike that cause I was taught to wait until cars stop before crossing. Think my dad almost hit some elderly woman when she just wandered out in front of our car, he stopped and scolded her for that. Some people really are quite clueless when it comes to traffic, it's not worth doing stupid things like this just to save a few second or a minute waiting to cross the road
Thanks for sharing this video it's great. We are coming to Japan for our honeymoon in Sakura season, we have not set the exact dates yet but we are really looking forward to it. Steve B 😊
One of the things that I love most about Japan are those hidden winding paths, roads, alleyways. In fact, I love them so much that I plan to create fictional & non-fictional Japanese path artwork as a future artist. I also love the villages in extended areas like in the Nagano Prefecture. Is this your hometown? Kamakura looks really peaceful & cleansing to the soul. Thanks for sharing a piece of your life with us. Your vibe as a streamer & as a human being is incredibly wholesome.
i.d like the cleaning ritual would be taught to Austrians where i live, bcs people have a tendency to be simply dirty🤣but you really show a gem ….most other places are overrun and many do not care at all about anything…. so cute and pretty! thanks!
I love your video’s. It’s almost like unintentional ASMR with beautiful scenery. It seems so peaceful and quiet there, on the ocean, and yet it’s only an hour from the worlds biggest metropolitan population.
0:20 They seed those things called clouds by spreading silver iodide, potassium iodide, or dry ice. It's done to attract moisture, that hanges the amount or type of precipitation, mitigate hail or disperse fog. This technology is used in United Arab Emirates for 2 decades now, purely for agricultural purposes. Yet politicians use it to fight "global warming". Since last summer you can see it on a daily basis in Poland. After few hours your sky will become milky, or gray with rain as well. I see two purposes here in Poland. It's either a certain agenda that speaks about year 2030, or... It's a screen preventing sky drones or satellites to do pictures of the ground infrastructure. You know, Ukraine and Russia are just a throw of a stone from us. ;) It's a scaring tactics to make people "follow the leader" whoever he might be. Hence, since last summer weather in Poland is mostly dark. Now in winter you have a sunny day once in two, or three weeks. Where 20 years ago you could have weeks of sun with snow as well. It was hard to keep your eyes open, that's how much of sun was refelcted from snow.
