There is no place where these horrendous murders have not been reported 😮
He's getting the needle 💉 regardless wherever they hold the trial
Still it must to be changed to Boise. That is no way that he can get a fair trial there. Even if everyone thinks he is guilty before trial, it is his constitutional right. And by the internet response, he would be hang in a public place without a trial, this is unbelievable. What kind of society acts like that?

They could try to move the trial to Brazil, and the people there would know.
It is not about knowing the case. But that community is highly contaminated already. It is his constitutional right. It will be moved, other wise, he will win a pos conviction retrial.

These senseless murders rocked the country. It doesn't matter where this trial is held.
It does when the town was polled and a majority said they would riot if he's found innocent. That poisoned the jury pool. That's why they asked for a change of venue. If the judge doesn't, he has grounds for a major appeal.
No worries no riot, he is guilty and will be found guilty no matter where a trial is held.

With news stories like this, he doesn’t have a chance. Even if innocent people are convinced he’s the murderer.
This is another case, how the defense blaming mob mentality and not getting a fair trial because of the Internet could influence things. The only difference is there’s so much evidence against him. He could easily still get a fair trial, but they’ll just claim that he won’t.

This trial should be held in Los Angeles and the O.J. Simpson trial should have been held in Boise.
His victims want to breathe.
Looking at these comments, i hope most of you people never end up on a jury convicting a person without all the facts is ludicrous and unfair especially in a DP case 😊
Exactly!! Absolutely stupid and completely prejudiced comments about his guilt. It’s as if they have all the facts already. 🙄
One innocent man dead the other in jail where's the evidence, why did they tear down the house they were living in!
They tore the house down because Moscow ID is indeed a reasonable and fair-minded community where he can get a fair trial. But I know what you mean. It was the crime scene. The university wanted to do it since they took ownership of the property and both the defense and the prosecution said they had what they needed and they had no objections. But if anything, it should show that his trial is not being held in some place where they have lynch mobs with pitchforks waiting for him outside the jail. His defense attorney is grandstanding and it's absurd. It should stay in Moscow. It's their jurisdiction, and where the crime occured.
Innocent until proven guilty. Plus too many coverups in this case. So many people involved in the mrdr and clean up and coverup. Then they covered up even more by tearing the house down. Fishy.Oh and btw…WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL 911.

Here is the thing. Its 100% that he killed these 4 people and even the limited evidence released show that it’s obvious he did this, so yes, a survey most likely showed that people think he did this and it’s BECAUSE HE DID DO THIS. The police have already basically proven that he did it. The PCA is very strong. And don't forget, "belief" in innocence is not the same as a presumption of innocence. That can be just as biased as a belief in the defendant's guilt, even more.

Horrific. What was the alleged motive?
They don't have to prove motive. But it looks, to me, like he's some kind of psychopath or serial. Maybe schizoid. Whatever his reasons, it's in his own mind and we'll probably never know. The victims didn't know him but he was apparently watching and following them (which is different than "stalking," in which case, they would have been aware of him.)
He drove by, maybe. But that park is closed after sunset. So…unless he was on foot…his car was not getting past that gate that is the entrance to that park!
It’s unfair to move it to another location.
It’s unfair to destroy the house rather than allow the jury to see it for themselves intact with all the evidence so that he could get a fairer trial. Even the parents of the victims were against this. That is not standard practice so why were the parties involved so quick to destroy it?
