I actually think the bassani sounds better. With that said I have long tube headers X-pipe and Borla Stingers on 03 my Mach 1. So I definitely like the Stingers! But the bassani has that unique sound to it👌
@@loscar5oh In one sense there are so many Cobra's with stingers on them that the ones that do have them are all kinda same same....but on the other hand they sound so damn good that how could you pick any other option lol
@@loscar5oh Good part is that other than UA-cam I don’t come across other Terminators very often at all. Any plans on swapping out the stock K member? I know you said they fit with the stock one which is great.
@@Lethal_Venom that's very true man. At the moment I don't have plans on changing the k member. There's so much things I want to do it. Problem is everything adds up quickly 😄 what k member are you going with?
04 Cobra Owner, have Borla Stingers, x pipe long tube headers, NOTHING is better than Borla Stingers, HANDS DOWN!!!! was n my car today, looks I get are just DUMB, had a guy in a camaro tell me at the light, he said dude it sounds so nasty!!!
I have a high flow h pipe and borla stingers on my 07 gt500. It's my favorite exhaust because it gives it that older 4v type of sound like these had lol. Borla is the shit. They sound very aggressive when you want but cruising they don't kill you with drone. I had Flowmaster on most of my previous mustangs so I'm used to drone and didn't realize how shitty it was till there was no more then I seen what all the fuss was about lol. I used to just jam music to overcome the drone when I was younger lol.
Great video bro, I remember like 4-5 years ago, when you were first doing mods to your Comp O GT, I've been subbed since, good stuff man. Hope ur well. Love the F150 too, this Cobra is niceeee too, still have the 5.0?
Thank you so much bro! I appreciate you being an early subscriber and following since then 🙏🏻 no unfortunately I don't have the 5.0. I replaced it with the cobra. I kinda miss it every once in a while but I'm very happy with the cobra. Once again thanks!
@@loscar5oh no worries brotha, I'll still stick around for sure, I'm liking the vibes fro the channel. Cobra+F150 is a sick combo! Good stuff, excited for more content.
Sounds good. Each clip is an improvement over the other! 😊 Nice comparison! Does your car smoke a little bit when given throttle? Feel like a saw some but who knows lol! Every Cobra seems a little different in my experience. Like they all have their own traits or “personality” 😅
Yea it really smoked a lot in these clips 😬 but I also saw water comming out the tail pipes so it could be condensation. What's weird is that after filming those clips, I took the car out for a spin and did some recording (my last video) and barley no smake was visible 🤔
@@loscar5oh yea it could be water! I thought that as well. Or maybe there’s both, who knows. But it would make sense depending on what it is for the smoke to go away after the cars warm and metal and seals expand a little bit! None the less tho my man car sounds great!
This is a very good question. As far as volume, I like the stingers better. As far as sound, I like how the bassani sounds real clean and they have a little less drone versus the borlas. I'm slightly more inclined towards the stingers. They have sort of a deep piercing sound from 2k up to 3k rpm when cruising which I love. At the end of the day, you can't go wrong with either or. 👍🏻
@@loscar5oh okay I have a better question now lol. So I have the bassani catback with the bassani off road x pipe but I still have the factory exhaust manifolds. If I were to run a set of long tube headers would the sound change pretty drastically? I’m looking for a little more loudness but I’m not sure if the bassani catback is really quieting down my exhaust as it is
@@josephkrause5290 adding long tubes with an off road x pipe will definitely make it louder. I got videos of both. At first I added a bassani x pipe with my bassani catback and later on I upgraded to the ARH headers. The headers are probably my most favorite mod til now.
@@josephkrause5290 also if you have the baffles inside the exhaust tips, id try removing those and see if you like how it sounds afterwards. It will slightly make it louder.
@@loscar5oh oh wow I’ll have to watch that video if I didn’t already. It’s just hard to tell because the videos don’t usually do any justice to the actual sound. But when you went from factory manifolds to long tube headers it made a big difference in loudness of the exhaust?
Both sound awesome but man those Stingers are the best!

I do love how bassanis sound like. Tbh id be happy with either. But for now im going to enjoy the stingers 😎
If you’re in Texas, I’ll trade you my bassani for your stingers.
I'm nowhere near Texas man. I'm in North Idaho. Otherwise I'd consider that trade!
That sounds so killer! Can't wait to get my ARH's on and hear it in person. Congrats on the 1K subs as well
Thanks Travis! It's crazy how the stingers resonate versus the borlas. I freakin love it 😄

Damn they sound awesome. I just got my headers in with the borla stingers. But my headers have the cats. What size tire is that in the rear?
Your gonna love it!! There I had 315 30 17s.
Sounds awesome!!
Both sound bad ass !!! I can’t make a decision
Both sound super good not gonna lie. It just comes down to if you want a little louder and tip choice.
Love your cobra the color the rims it's just right. ❤🎉
Very nice! Not too raspy at all!
Thanks! I'm very happy with it
Love the stingers!
Borlas FTW !!! ohh myyyyy
🙌🏻
That sounds really good! Borla S-type is a great choice. Car sits perfect. What size wheels and tires on the rear?
Thanks! I'm very happy with it. Fronts are just oem 17x 9s and rears are 17×10.5s with 315 35 17 nitto nt05r's

The Borla pipes are nice and straight compared to the Bassani.
