To lessen the mess when breading the chicken do the "shake and bake" "hack"... Put the breading in a bag and coat the chicken in the bag shake and bake style

Thank you for this one, Annie! Yes, it's simple. Yes, it's just breaded and fried chicken chunks. Yes, it's just Bang Bang Sauce. BUT...for some reason it just never occurred to me to make this simple meal! This is why we need you - you give us the great keto versions of old favorites, some new products and flavors, and some super simple, but really delicious meals we can whip up in no time. ❤❤❤
I'm making this tomorrow night - or maybe for lunch AND dinner tomorrow! I have a bunch of chicken tenders in my freezer that I need to use and all the ingredients except the sriracha (I'm out😕) but I've got other hot sauces I can use. Can't wait!
Made it! It was excellent, but took more like an hour+ rather than 20 min. I like the idea of air frying it. 8-9 pieces in batches took foreeeever. Still a great recipe though! Thanks!

Where do you find avocado oil in a 1 gallon bottle?
Never heard of sriracha; had to look it up. I'm in Australia and don't like hot/spicy food and have English parentage so those things might have something to do with my lack of knowledge about this ingredient. Ha ha!
