Same here with baritone sax.Do you know Lars Gullin? I started with Serge Chaloff way back when. Same here with Mulligan. I have the original 10 inch pressings.

Killer Live stream Shawn man you showed all beautiful pressings and I love the stories behind them . That Kenny Dorham Trompeta is so hard to find it one of my fave’s along with Juju by Wayne Shorter love it brother.

Thank goodness that we have Digital Sound Reproducing Technology. Many of these Blue Note LP's are available on CD's. Over the years I have collected the Mosaic and Rudy Van Gleder remastered CD's. The issue with analog RIAA LP's is this: plastic vs diamond. The diamond will always win. Hence the Snap, Crackle and Pop surface noise. Never an issue with a beam of light.
