Thank you ever so much for the recipe. I tried it and it is sooooo delicious 😋. Thank you again
You’re very welcome, I am very happy you liked it 😊
Is it 220C in fan oven? Or 200C in fan and 220C in normal oven? Plan to make these tomorrow :)
I’ve used a fan oven and cooked my bread on 220C. Enjoy 😉
Looks delicious, thanks for sharing, what is nigella and linseeds
Thank you, nigella and linseeds are grains but you can use what ever grains you have. Enjoy 😉
Thanks for this - my supermarket doesn’t have linseed seeds, should I add 1tbsp of another seed instead?
Yes you can!
@@samlakechannel4421 Ok thanks - and is it 220C fan oven? Or 200C in a fan oven?
It’s 200C in the fan oven
@@samlakechannel4421 Hmm the reply you said earlier today was 220C in fan, which is it? I did 220 earlier and seemed ok :)
The hotter the better, but keep an eye si it doesn’t burn 😊
supperb upload as always thanks for sharing. have a wonderful day ahead. greetings
Thank you 😊
Hi! I'm so excited to try these. In the video you said bake at 180 but in the description box you wrote 220. What temperature should they be baked at? And i assume you are using celcius?
Hi, it depends of your oven but the highest temperature (Celsius) the better, cook between 20 to 30 minutes but keep an eye on them. Enjoy 😉
Wowwww merci beaucoup pour le partage 🔥 🔥 nice day
Avec plaisir 😊
Like! They ended up looking so delicious. The inside looks very yummy! Thanks for showing your process.
You’re very welcome 😊
I like this bread and thank for clear and nice video
You’re welcome 😉
Superb! Now please, how should I store them and when do they go bad? Thanks for your hard work.
Hey, you can store them in a ziplock bag for up to 4 days or wrap them individually in a bag and freeze them up to 6 months and take them out when need it then let them defrost and warm them in the oven they will be as if you just bake them. Enjoy 😉
@@samlakechannel4421 Great, thank you very much!
You’re very welcome ☺️
This bread looks so good, great recipe!
Thank you 😊
Merci pour ce délicieux partage humm miam bonne année ma belle
Merci ☺️
It looks amazing and easy to make, I have to try it.
Thank you 😊
I Love how it turned😍, But I have two questions can I make it one loaf instead of small Rolls? And Can I never use sugar?
I am so happy you liked it. For this quantity of dough you would make 2 loaf depending on how big you want your loaf and the sugar is used to activate the yeast you can use honey instead or if you have fresh yeast mix it with only water and pour it straight into your mixture. Have a lovely day 😊
It's a very good recipe 😋 thank you for sharing. I like it 👌
Thank you 😊

The bread so good 👍

@Sam Lake Channel does this not require a second proof after shaping into rolls?
10 to 15 minutes after shaping, just the time for your oven to get hot. Enjoy 😉
Hello, dear! I love making homemade bread too! Your recipe is absolutely delicious! I'll try it for sure! Warm wishes and see you soon! Renata

Thanks for sharing the delicious recipe . How could I avoid bottom of roll getting hard after baking ?
Hey! don't overcook the rolls and cover them as soon as they out of the oven. Have a good day 😊
Looks very yummy 😋😋😋

Love this recipe, i enjoy homemade bread :) So tasty
Thank you 😊
Bake at 220 degrees is that Celsius? Also, you say cover after baking. It seems that would cause some condensation.
Hello, yes 220 Celsius. When you cover the bread it keeps it soft. That’s how I learned to do it but it’s up to you. Enjoy 😉
Mmmm looks so good on inside and crunchy on outside 😍😍😍
Thank you 😊
الله يعطيك الصحة

wow good tutorial and so tasty, you make me hungry :)
Thank you 😊
Coucou ma belle super recette machalah ça donne envie bisous 😍😍😍

Good Morning!
I just tried this recipe and the rolls are currently in the oven. I have a couple of questions.
1. I kneaded my dough by hand, but the mixture with these quantities was too sticky. Next time I will add the water little by little, but as I am new to bread making, I wondered if I am missing a trick when kneading by hand. Is it as simple as using less water, or are there other techniques to apply?
2. Where in the oven did you place the rolls? I put mine on the middle shelf without any fan because I thought it would give a more even bake.
Thank You!
Going to check on my babies now ♡
Hello, the dough has to be a bit sticky, add the water bit by bit so it’s easy to work and when I put them in the middle of the oven in a fan oven. 😊
May i ask a question. After shaping the dough, how many minutes did you proof it?
Hi, I left it 15 to 20 minutes to rise than put it in a very hot oven until cooked 😊
Hi which brand of semolina , nigella seeds and linseed seeds are you using?
Hello, I’ve used “le renard” a french brand but any semolina will do. 😊
hi. is it possible to just use all wholemeal flour? no white flour at all. please help 😅
thank you!
Hi, yes you can use only wholemeal flour just knead well the dough. Enjoy 😉
@@samlakechannel4421 thanks! 😃
You’re very welcome ☺️
Bien fait bravo ma belle
Merci 😊
super vidéo Sam, je like
Merci 😊
Super merci pour la recette on dirait qu'il sorte tout droit de chez un boulanger bravooo 👍👍👍😘
Merci c’est très gentil 😊
Excellent recipe, certainly I won't buy bread anymore! However, baking at 180 degrees for 10 minutes is not enough thus I have adjusted the temperature and time to obtain brown colour. I preheated the oven and baked at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
I happy that it worked out for you, I love making this bread it’s so tasty especially when it’s just out of the oven. ☺️
Tbarklah a3lik!👍💙🌹
Shokran 😊
I tried this and they’re amazing. I think the next time I will let them rise a second time with the seeds for like one hour before I bake them, just cause I like them buns huge…
Wonderful! Enjoy 😉
Excellent Sam. pouce bleu :-)
Merci 😊
Is your cooking temperature given in Centigrade or Fahrenheit, please???
It’s in centigrade 😊
@@samlakechannel4421 Thank you. 😊
You’re very welcome ☺️

*Gg excellent 👍Merci pour le partage 😀*
Avec plaisir 😊
When you divide up the dough, is it about 80 to 90 grams per roll.
I don’t weigh the dough I was divided into 8 small balls
What is the preferred hydration?
For best result the best hydration should be between 60 to 70% 😊
Hi, where can I find Semolina, and what is semolina is it a kind of flour?
Hi, semolina is flour from durum wheat, you can find it in any supermarket or Asian shops. 😊
I've a doubt, those pumpkin seeds that you used around the bread before baking are raw pumpkin seeds?
Yes, correct
Vidéo zwin
Shokran 😊
What do you dip the roll in before rolling it in seeds?
Hello, I dip them in water so the seeds stick to them. Enjoy 😉
Thank you
You’re very welcome ☺️
👍👍👍👍😊👍
Thank you 😊
Can you tell me which ingredients you add ?
I’ve added seeds 😊
can i put the seed inside ? and how
Hello, yes you can add seeds into the flour before adding the water and kneading the dough. Enjoy 😉
🙏🙏👌👌👍👍👍👍🛎🛎🛎🛎parabéns bom trabalho tamo junto Deus abençoe
Thank you and welcome 😊
Hi, I followed the recipe as told in the video but my bread cracked during baking . Why do u think it happened?
Hello, it could be different things
1) check your flour used a strong bread flour
2) make sure you knead the dough enough to have enough gluten
3) add enough water and knead well the dough
Hope it will work the other time you make it. 😊

Oven spring…. Normal for high hydration dough…..i think

Sorry can’t find the actual recipe! Help?
Hello, the recipe is in the description box under the video.
Ingredients for the bread:
• 200gr of strong white flour
• 200gr of wholemeal flour
• 200gr of fine semolina
• 1 tbsp of nigella seeds
• 1 tbsp of linseed seeds
• 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
• 1 paquet of active dry yeast or 7gr
• 1 tsp of salt or to your liking
• 1 tbsp of sugar or to your liking
• 2 tbsp of olive oil
• mixed seeds
• Around 500ml of lukewarm water (more or less depending of the flour you are using)
Bake at 220 degrees until golden brown and fully cooked
Video says 180 degrees
Recipe in box says 220 degrees please clarify
Also video says bake 8 to 10 minutes. Recipe in box says 30 minutes. Very confusing
@Arianna1308 it depends of your oven, the oven should be very hot to the highest temperature between 10 to 30 minutes. Keep an eye on them. Enjoy 😉
@@samlakechannel4421 thank you for the rapid answer
I made it 3 times and it came so heavy and compressed not fluffy as it shows in video, what possibly can not wrong? 🙄
Hello, make sure you use good wholemeal flour (strong wholemeal flour). Knead the dough properly and let it rest until double. 😊
Ok, I shall try again
