For the creamiest granita, use an immersion blender to really break down the ice crystals and incorporate air. Then, an hour before serving, you could add the chopped basil (or you could add some when boiling the water and the sugar).

One of them has had her Lung capacity permanently damaged. Just because the recovery rate is high does not mean its something that you want to catch. The difference between the way chef cooks with kids and adults is cool. Encouraging and uplifting for the kids, ruthless and stern with adults.
