Sweet success! Great video, very detailed. I had a 1993 Grand Am 3.3L V6.

Great, helpful video! Thanks. My headlights are quite foggy, so I'm wondering if you buy the entire new headlight assembly set, if they likely come w/ these headliner retainer clips that usually break? It would be a bit of a letdown to get your new headlights in, then not be able to finish your project and have to order these clips for another day, so I want to be prepared. I'll have to remember to do this research before I put my headlight order in - but I wanted to get this question here too, in case others may be wondering.

I believe the replacement sets I looked at came with the lamps, so would have the retainer clips. Obviously this could vary from supplier to supplier. It they came without the retainer clips at least now you know they are available at the parts store or online. You could go read some ratings or questions on Amazon.

Hi! I am 16 years old and about a month ago I saved a pontiac grand am se 1995 that had been in the same place for 6 years. It is a 3,1l V6 and the juices in the engine had mixed a long time ago. So I wanted to ask you what caused the mixing of the juices in the engine? Personally I guess the problem is the blown head gasket, but I wanted to ask you because you have worked on a grand am before.
