wow, when i watched the custard section, i envied the holder she had for the custard bag. that seems way more convenient than us lugging the bag, climbing up a ladder and pouring it in by hand, praying that the end doesn’t flop around and spill everywhere
I LOVE culvers! What an awesome place that is fast, fresh, and the employees are are amazing. Keep up the good work! I eat there almost every day for lunch. Never been a bad experience or a meal. Always spot on.

As for the pork… we do have pork tenderloins which you would grab and put into the fryer baskets, you could probably use tongs to grab them if it’s for religious reasons, but allergy might be a bit more difficult; that’s all the pork we have though
From my personal opinion at working at culvers, it’s not that bad. The grill can be stressful because if you have full lobbies for like 2 hours straight, it’s really hard to press the patties flat if you trying to do 12 simultaneously. Plus, I got a huge scar from draining the beef roast.

Ya. I didn’t try to learn anything when starting at culvers lmao! When I was getting teached buns, I didn’t even do it lmao. I stood there. But after a month, I know all the order and starting to get faster at everything. Pro Tip: use both hands when doing buns!

I get stressed easily, so I was crying nearly every time I did it. Despite my tears, they kept putting me on custard. I couldn't do it anymore. My coworkers were wonderful people. It was more the management.
I work at McDonald’s and I work the Grill. I like the way Culver’s does it better. Let’s just say at McDonald’s one side is more raw on the other side, there’s no flipping them which irritates me, and if I do I probably get yelled, or in trouble about it.

I work at Culver’s and long pants are required. Even then getting overheated, it’s still a good thing because there is so much grease and butter getting all over the floor and dropping on your pants.

I personally think the front is boring because you don’t need to do anything. And the employees/managers tell you to do something when there isn’t anything to do. The kitchen, however, is a lot more fun to me!

We have the drive come through on the kitchen speakers, so similar concept just different execution
My General Manager where’s one when she’s in kitchen and adds comments occasionally.
Those headsets are optional! If you want to hear the drive thru customers order, the headsets makes it clear to hear!
