I have one sitting here I hadn't installed yet. Need some rain. Hurricane rolled in today and only 3/10" from the major rain maker! LOL I guess you hadn't had a chance to use yours yet either. Let us know how it does.
Nice! We are at about 3” overall for last weeks rain. Got fertilizer down right before it too! Lol those spammers blew up my channel commenting on every post. Hope you get a ton of tonnage off your first cutting
Thanks for the video! Just installed mine after it sat on the shelf for a couple years. Nice to have a realtime look at the numbers.
I used a aftermarket male and female extension cord ends to connect my power supply. When I am done I just unplug it. Works great
Interesting

Just saw your response on Making Hay in the Heat video
The weatherman was saying 3 to 5” possible from that hurricane but so far haven’t seen a drop. Second cutting on my last 40 acres may not happen
@@CenTexAg Got a good 5-1/2" last weekend. I can hear the Coastal growing as I type :) I see you got rid of some spammers! :)

Oh and get sone grommets for those holes where the wire passed through. Harbor freight 5 bucks
How did the system work? I am thinking of adding this for next year along with preservative.
Works great! It’s gives you a general census of how moist the hay is. In my video where I’m “making hay in the heat” I show it in use
