- The ALL NEW Audi R8 V10 Performance Spyder is here and packs plenty of power, style and performance. Under the engine cover is a 5.2L V10 producing 602 HP & mated to a 7-speed DCT gearbox. The 2020 R8 has a new look and design that has been taken from the Audi R8 GT3 & GT4 race cars, On the inside is a very minimalistic interior that is almost 100% driver focused. Is the 2020 Audi R8 Spyder a supercar you can daily drive?

Those 3 roundabouts are like the quietest road I have seen to test cars on. Super nice location I must say. He's not hurting anyone driving like this, it's all well controlled.
The infotainment has an upscale VW gli look to it. You are one lucky guy to drive that car man. I think its official, you have arrived!!!!

That's why when I got my R8 V10 Plus PPFed I told them not to put the Audi rings back on the hood! I even got rid of the V10 emblems.

You haven't lived until you experience this beast. I helped my son drive his Spyder across country from LA to Virginia Beach last year. It was totally incredible, to say the least. I never tired of hearing that engine winding out. I can definitely relate to this gent's gushing elation while experiencing the power and effortless acceleration.
Favorite review so far, the amount of emotion shown by joe on this one made me smile, I almost felt like I was driving the r8 myself, one day I will be able to afford one. Keep it up joe! your content keeps on getting better.

Want an nextgen hybrid cell supercar that is as quiet, sporty, assassin ninja style, and sleek aerodynamic lines, get the NSX Acura. Now if you want all of that together without the quiet parts, just buy a Nissan GTR Skyline NISMO.

Joe-noticed you took the longest drive to date of all the reviews. Can't blame you! Live version of video game drive is insane. I know the DCT is best for speed shift and acceleration but my left foot would wanting to move on clutch pedal that is not there. Thanks for letting us experience this car that most of us viewing will not be able to afford!

Awesome car and review, Joe. Not many test drives make you laugh and smile like this one did. If money were no object, I'd have one of these in my driveway! However, for the price, 226k, I could buy two performance C-8 Vettes, one for me and one for the woman. Personally, I consider the C-8 the most affordable exotic car on the market. Thanks for bringing this car to us though. I love to look at all the exotic cars, no matter the price. Keep em' comin.

I drove mine two hours and found it very easy to drive. It's a beast that can be driven at a leisurely pace with a good ride and light steering. Love the car!

The front end looks so much meaner. Fake vent or not the new lines are so sexy.
Such and underrated super car. On the other hand that's part of the beauty of this car. Compared to other exotic brands like Lamborghini and Ferrari this one is the underdog and best part is it's a every day driver car as well as a more humbling supercar. Just for the sound alone in this car is enough for me to want to sign a petition for Audi to continue making this beauty. The sound it makes is like nothing else I've heard from other super cars.

Hi, how is this car comfort level compared to Huracan or Huracan evo. I heard Ferrari 488 or 812 are much more comfortable with softer suspension. I'm wondering is R8 more comfortable or its similar to Huracan? Your channel is awesome ☝️👍

I have a CD player in my Lexus with the mark levinson system and I've come to appreciate it. Though I mostly use my streaming music service in Tidal, it is nice to have the option to listen to CD quality music through it from time to time.

Great review. I suggest - don't put drinks in the cup holders anyway. In a much lesser spyder I had coffee cup go from holder to back window after a moment of fun driving.

Very nice review... It seems like you are concerned about the C8 Corvette... The R8 is still pretty good though. I could have two C8s for the cost of one R8 Spyder. And they would run neck and neck with it. Man I would be nervous as well.... Good luck.
