Two words excellency and perfection specially with the bunny story ,like that a lot ! Mos Def best of teaching with patients ✌️
Thank you!!!
You probably worried about your treble hook breaking off because your not using a very efficient knot. The bowline is a great knot but at about 60% of the line strength your 20lb line is now worth about 8lbs.
Any other recommendations ?I haven’t had any problems ?
@@Bfishin keep using if its worked so far. For me I almost always tie the “improved clinch” which has about a 95% breaking strength of the line capacity.
Ok I will try the improved clinch knot I thought that the loop will give bait more range of motion and less restriction of movement but the clinch knot is stronger and thank you I will try it
@@Bfishin if your looking for better range of motion try the “loop knot.” I’ll use that for jigs or lures. but in a trap rig your range will be limited anyways because you have to use a snail knot as your first hook.
Good method👍
Thank you
Thank you
Why do you like a loop at the treble end?
It gives live bait more action and freedom to swim.
The snake slides out of the pond, slings around the branch, slides back into the pond - same knot, different memorizing, different name for this knot: palstek in northern europe countries.
Ok that good to know and it’s a great knot
Is that rig also known as a cheater rig ?
I don’t know I have never heard it called that.
