Hi Steve, did a session with my 11 year old granddaughter yesterday and she was hooked! I think this will make a great Xmas gift for her.
If you think you’re messy then you are immaculately tidy compared to an enthusiast child. 😂
Like you said it’s all about experimenting. Although if I’d known she was going to flick mica across her piece, I might have opted to have our session outside.

This kit is awesome for beginners…. If you were to give it to someone as a gift, who is just wanting to play with it, what would you recommend for PPE ? I have a respirator, but that’s quite pricey for someone who just wants to play with the kit…

Hi, i loved how you take us beginners through the steps. Can i ask a really important question, how do you know the quantity of the mould you're gunna be using, do i weigh the silicone mould?

Great informative channel as new to this craft,been looking but confused been given a large silicone hare mould that's been cut so needs sticking back together. Could you recommend a bonding,glue to use as believe silicone can only stick silicone?? very confusing information on line...you sound like the man that will know,looking forward to learning more... That’s a great kit, and as always a wonderful video from you, Steve. 👏🏻😁 BTW, I know how you love your glitter, so I found a way to stop it from sinking in molds. Daniel Cooper here on UA-cam daniel..cooper showed how to place a small dot of clear Elmer’s glue into the resin before stirring and it stops it from sinking. It’s amazing! Just thought you’d like to know. ☺️

Hey Steve, love watching you. What are these Cabochon’s? I have used open back bezels, not so much as the closed bezels (most time called Cabochon’s). I know they can come with a glass/plastic cover to place on the closed bezel, but…and correct me if I’m wrong, it looks like you can make the covers with a mold? Do you have a video on these things? Thanks

This kit looks great! I wanted to get into this last year, but I thought you needed to buy a mask and have a room that's closed off just to make stuff with resin. I'm I'm a small flat with two little kids so didn't know if it would be safe

Hi, I've tried resin once. I've got kits, but it didn't cure properly. I struggled with using the pipette as it was just sticking to the inside.

Hi I've started doing resin and I'm having trouble with getting the resin to harden could you please give me some advice please
After using the resin, how do you clean the utensils?
Question?? I'm making ear plugs I filled the mold then I dropped little bits of liquid coloring in ( the proper kind) when I un molded my pieces here all the color dye went to the bottom. The whole top of my piece was gooie colors! Almost like it seeped through the resin? The rest of it was fine and cured except for this mess. Any idea why?
I have a cast made of a babies feet how can I make them ? Can I pour the resin in to the plaster of Paris?

That's what I want to know too but I think it's 24 hours to or less,. Just learned about UV Resins too, faster to cure using UV lamp.

I have to be honest Steve I do not understand people’s obsession with glitter. The stuff is a nightmare and it goes everywhere including on my dogs somehow.
Great little kit though however I would rather have more resin and less accessories.
