Maybe cars are imported cheap from places where they drive on the left side. Also if you're lactose intolerant be sure to bring lactase pills since this is a milk heavy country! 😊
Yes I believe because so, most likely the same situation with Vladivostok in Russia too, importing Japanese cars directly because it is much cheaper :)
