First time commenting, Funk, dude i am 58 and lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks just doing your functional and strength routines. I did start throwing in fat burn to shrink that last thin layer of "lose skin" and bam! gone. This ab batch is icing on the cake. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I am now pounding the pavement back at 198 lbs. Dr is eating his own words. Bp down and Labs are moving in the right direction! Now I am on my way back to a bulking up a bit, 205ish. I had a horrific mountain bike accident 2017 and lost my edge. At my age I really didn't know much about Hiit, it had been all about sets and reps for me. So 40 seconds on 20 seconds rest saved me cause I was able to just work through the pain and get my core back! Now its all bout that intensity! Thanks Funk Getting it Done!

I am a back pain patient, so almost impossible to do these workouts without triggering the pain. What ABS work out would you recommend for those of us.
@@laykangeorges3875 Please do some Yoga (the reall stuff, Iyengar kind). It will help you. And then move on to core strengthening exercise. PS Any core exercise that doesn't move your spine too much will be fine, I guess.

I subscribed. I'm in the 13 to 15% body fat class at 35yrs and I'm trying to tone to below 10%. I can't go to the gym so I need all the body weight training I can get 💪🏿💪🏿

Could you do a workout for _neck muscles …_ Not an area that needs to lose weight, but an area that is easily injured and when injured, stuffs up all your gains and prevents hard training. A strong neck helps keep the body working at full potential. [Yes, I recently banged the top of my head under a hatchback boot lid with sagging struts].
