Love it ! The first point really makes a difference, if you know your topic very well you’ll be much more confident and comfortable while giving your speech 👏🏻

I fully agree on everything. Particularly the first point. If you know the subject well, everything else even if they fail, will pull the strings through somehow.

I am a teacher struggling with classroom management. I have developed anxiety when addressing the entire class because when I speak, the class acts as if I don’t exist. I try to maintain a calm assertive tone, warm but strict. I know my subject matter and audience. Please advise.

I always have a severe nervousness especially when I want to speak to an audience or an unfamiliar person, I end up stammering and stuttering making my speech to be so inarticulate.
I have applied the strategies listed in this video even before now, but the situation continues on me.
I'm currently an undergraduate in a University, and this problem has made life so uneasy for me in the campus. What do I do?

i had the same problem. What i do now is the day of the speech i stay completly away from any sugar or caffine; I drink loads of chamomile tea throughout the day before my speech; When i am giving the speech after every few sentences I read the upcoming sentence in my head before I say it out loud (this helps to give my brain and nerves a quick break during the speech); also before and during the speech if any thoughts of self doubt come up I combat them with positive affirmations. I hope this helps!
