the background music is really loud and distracting. I wanted to listen and take notes but I had to turn it off because the music was so distracting.

Yes I've been told this. That is the journey of learning UA-cam. You get to make mistakes and have the whole world see it. But that's okay. That is how you learn :)

Mine was called " I Am Nothing". A bit of a reversal of an Icebreaker. It was motivational, it was funny- it was more than 7 minutes.

One of the first things i learned about toastmasters is that not only do you present speeches you also have to write them. This was off putting as i have never been good at writing with the exception of technical writing (Manuals, Instructions, etc...).
i cant hear the text because the music is to loud. Rule nr 1 with informational explainers: do not use any music at all
