    Watching this video made my day! So much skill, fine technique... man, that's just awesome!
    When I was an amateur boxer I always struggled with this particular exercise. This ball was my worst enemy... :)
    You, my brother, inspired me. I think I have to go back and hit the gym. Even after almost ten years. It's such a beautiful sport! You reminded me of how much I missed it.
    Thank you!!!

    I trained the tennis ball for this fight. I have to say we hung in there for a good minute showed how much ❤Ol' Bally Mctennis has. We just kept coming up short, reacting off his punches with easily preditible angles. Next time we will be less predictable in our approach.

      Enso LLC I mean dude is doing a great job but nah head movement still would throw him off , the ball is predictable in it's movements ,once you get used to the way it reacts on the string then it's much easier then swinging on someone with legit head movement

    • @toddwilson9342
      @toddwilson9342 6 років тому +4

      Jeffrey Kopfle what about the fact that the ball is much smaller?

    • @jeffreykopfle2304
      @jeffreykopfle2304 6 років тому +2

      Todd Wilson it certainly helps don't get me wrong , and he is doing a GREAT job no knocking this exercise by any means just responding to the comment above , still does not simulate real head movement , it is predictable
      But yes smaller the target much better accuracy building you are correct

    Great skills ! So good you look like a cat playing. Never was thrilled with the double end bag's large nebulous striking area. How about one long elastic rope and 3 perforated tennis balls (or other can't remember where I got them but filled rubber for different impact and return rates) for a leg kick, torso strike and head. Then if you want you can move 2 to the bottom and just don't use them. 30 years ago JKD/Boxing/Full Contact Karate training. Sometimes I would move 2 together, one smaller to represent chin (off switch)and one just above for head.
    Then tie at different tensions. Sometimes completely loose. Fun toys.
