I’ve noticed another good advanced drill is focusing on a point in the distance and hitting the ball without looking at the ball with your centralized vision. I feel like it helped me see hits that are coming from my peripheral vision and react to them with more certainty. Also to get the rhythm down I noticed that sitting down and practicing the feel of it while watching tv is helpful, because then when adding it to training it’ll be a little more fast pace after that week-month period of getting it down.

I bought an $8 one one week ago. I use the heavy ball. I love it cuz I can do it for 15 minutes and it's totally absorbing. But, I already throw in elbows & knees.... ; )
