- I have never had Chinese food like this - first time try. This Chinese food has been on my radar for a while - simple Chinese food using eggs, chillies, sausage in a crepe. Best crepe I have ever tasted in China Town London. Never had a crepe so good. #chinese #firsttimetry #chinesecrepe

It's a small world, Darren. I was in Chinatown a week and a half ago and I ordered that very crepe for my daughter. It has an unusual texture, but the flavors are off the charts . I can also recommend a shop close to that place. They sell things like chicken, pork oyster dumplings/pancakes
Extremely delicious. I couldn't finish mine because it was so filling. Cost about 3.50 each.

Nothing better than a satisfying crepe
I miss living in London especially for passing China Town most evening on my way home from work, a friend of mine Li Yu took me to a restaurant there and they have 2 menus. One for English and one for Chinese, and I'm not just talking translation, I mean entirely different food! It was out of the world. The waitress kept checking "English man" was OK because of tiny bones 😄 and the amount of chilli.

Jianbing is quite popular in New York’s Chinatowns.Glad you enjoyed it,and do try more of the different styles of Chinese food,it is a shame they feel the need to make it sound more English,but of cause it helps the sales.

Nice job mate. Even though you chose an anglo-version of the crepe, at least you got away from the same old boring dishes vloggers usually review. It's the same with Indian, which is also a hugely varied cuisine, but all you see on You Tube are the same old dishes reviewed again and again.

Evening Darren,don't know if I'm wearing food blinkers, but never thought of crepes as a Chinese street food. Even if calling it a wrap,didn't help 😢 However, what's in a name?😂Watching any craftsman at his profession is a joy❤ And as your wrap was taking shape, the ease, speed and dexterity of the chef was amazing 😊 Then the proof of the pudding ( alright,the wrap ) was in the eating. It truly was food to make you smile ☺ And in that location £7.50 was a give away 😊Another informative & entertaining video. For what my thoughts are worth. Empty Chairs & Empty Tables, is now finding it's feet😊having always enjoyed the food vlogs with the local knowledge as a bonus.The " pure " food videos are superb. Because its in ye olde London Town they think they can charge what they want 7.50 for 2 eggs pancake and a frankfurter. And they wonder why there going under. Make it cheaper for the masses. And the people will come.
I would never eat Chinese food from a restaurant,but I make a lot of stir fries at home,it’s just me ,like I could not and would not eat halal meat,but hey that’s just me,does look nice though.🫶🏻😘
