hi DJ love that you are reading comments and trying new things, its very interesting to see a westerner trying asian foods and seeing their reaction, you are almost around halfway through the asian main green leaf checklist to try. Theres an asian equivalant to broccoli called Kai Lan, thers also dau miu (pea shoots), and the more commonly known ones like choy sum, bok choi, mustard greens (which you can also have as a salted picked version) I personally would like to see you try bitter melon maybe some lotus root

For anyone in the UK who isn't aware, you can buy this veg from Asian supermarkets. Expensive but worth a try if you like your greens. Really easy to do a quick stir fry too.

Massaman gai my favourite ,, try one when you get down in Ao Nang ,, it’s a bit more native to that area . We bring about 20 massaman paste packs home with us every time we’re over

DJ you are now looking so relaxed😀 Morning Glory is fab on both counts, good for u doing spicy in the morning I live next door in Malaysia and spicy breakies are great, especially after a few the night before😀🤪 It looks like ur chopsticks can be broken at the blunt end at the top, if so the bits can be used to rest the sticks between bites!!
