ALLERGIC FUNGAL SINUSITIS IN AN IMMUNOCOMPETENT CHILD

Eleven year old boy brought with headache of three months duration.He is a known case of Interstitial lung disease on Hydroxychloroquine along with steroids on and off.Given a course of antibiotics but did not work.
