Started carnivore diet a week ago today. I am utterly SHOCKED at how quickly I am seeing positive change. My energy levels are high, my overall mood is so much better and I am firing on all cylinders brain-wise. This is not a "fad" diet. This is transformative. I will never go back to eating the old way.

We have been on the diet for 8 months now. The results were instant and are life altering. I have a brain tumour and all the BS associated with it has subsided substantially. I can’t wait until the MRI in Jan 2025 to see what eating this way may be doing to it.

5:50 is a very powerful statement. It doesn’t make sense why a species would purposely take itself out, but humans do it masterfully in many ways. Let that sink in why there would be vestment in our species to be so polarizing an outlook of life.

You probably did the Carnivore diet wrong. Look up Prof. Bart Kay on UA-cam. He's really committed to the truth, and that's a rare scientist these days. Excerpt from a video - "If you're piling in an unnaturally large proportion of liver you are asking for a problem. Because you are not designed for that. And liver contains some good things absolutely. And that's the things that less than ideally educated people are putting forward as the reason you should eat liver, forgetting entirely the flip side of that coin. Whereas, well what about all the toxins in liver that will do you damage? A lot of people say "oh you're talking about vitamin A aren't you?" Not really I'm not convinced about vitamin A toxicity. I tell you what I am convinced by though. It's copper toxicity and the level of copper that you will find in liver is vast and that can really cause you very very serious problems."

attempting to bind all the contradictions under one symbol is like trying to make a word that describes everything, and then calling that unintelligible word the apex word, at the expense of all other words.
i could see two possible goals and one possible outcome of this symbolic procedure. goal 1.) a form of anarcho tyranny where only the in group know the "true name of god" and everyone else is demonized goal 2.) a genuine but ultimately futile attempt to know the good by defining a moving and shifting category as simultaneously nothing and everything.
even assuming the best intentions, which i do in most cases, the only possible outcome is either a sort of soft religious agnosticism or goal 1. when faced with an impossible goal, people either give up or bend themselves into angry knots trying to fit inside an impossible box.

"The best sacrifice is the sacrifice of yourself". Muhyiddin Ibn 'Arabi explains that when Abraham saw in a dream that the was to sacrifice his son, Isaac, what he was being shown and what was ontended was that he was to sacrifice himself. The son is the secret of the father. Dreams, which are on the imaginative plane, generally require interpretation. Abraham was not being tested for his faith; his faith was perfect. He was being tested in his knowledge. These are teaching stories for our benefit. We are being shown that the sacrifice that love requires is the sacrifice of oneself. This the ram was given to stand for Abraham and to teach him the meaning of sacrifice, that the ultimate sacrifice is the sacrifice of oneself to the Beloved. And through this death comes life.

      M. Ibn 'Arabi is known as the Sheikh al Akbar, the greatest teacher. He offers many profound insights into the teachings brought to us through the stories of the prophets. I sometimes think he was the missing presence at Dr Peterson's round table explorations. Their mainly Jewish and Christian sources missed out on many potentially enriching and clarifying insights. The Qur'an is full of stories of the prophets!

    • @BarryBooster

This is quite wrong and confused, nobody's faith was perfect besides that of Mary. Abraham sacrificing Isaac prefigures God the Father, sacrificing his Son Jesus on the cross. That is the core purpose of that story, the teaching that true love is to be willing to sacrifice your own son, and God loves us so much that He did exactly that.

All team sports require sacrifice to some degree if the athletes are putting the interest of the team ahead of any given player because of the necessity of cooperation. It's the opposite in individual sports where an athlete's coaches sacrifice their own time and wellbeing to serve the goals of one person.

There is a case for Western civilization being the best or second best civilization as the spirit of Socratic inquiry causes the amount of scientific advancement it made during every era in which it was embraced just about equal with China and India which have a 4x calorie advantage in staple crops, namely grain vs rice, so you would expect 4x the number of scientists and scientific advancements in Eastern civilization. Eastern civilization mixed with Socratic inquiry is superior in most ways to the West but not in per capita terms. When these ideas were melded into middle Eastern civilization they had the same effect (the Islamic golden age).

You are "externalising", "objectifying", "displacing", "projecting", any way you'd like to conceptualise it, your own "sin", on a collective level. No matter how true and percise your works are, from a Jungian perspective, you've rationalised all of your experience, in so far such an experience can be observed on the public stage at all, which I think it evidently can as you're more than willing to risk a collective compensation by pushing forward your own exclusive narrative. Think of the "crush your opponents" bit. You're clearly unconscious of your own "scapegoqting" strategy.
Again, it's an exceedingly intelligent and practicable analysis of game, play and the value of voluntary participation, but you are merely speaking words. I see lately more and more comments under your videos along the lines of "Lucifer also knows God, but he doesn't believe". Presumably Christians are saying that, from within a theological conception, but man does it stand psychologically. And your use of symbol. Man, that really requires analysis and quite bluntly an intervention. You know the potency of the collective symbol and the risks of weilding it intentionally on the public stage. Taking a bite after discussing sanctifying the death of an animal.. It was mechanical, sneaky, arrogant, proud, and worst of all, dear, it was self-righteous.

If the seed doesn't die in the ground it wouldn't have life, if the trees don't die in Autumn they will not bear any fruit in summer etc, renewal of life otherwise they will grow old and die forever, look in the universe stars die then a new creation is born a new star is born, galaxies collide and new galaxies emerge, a constant life recreating it self, a constant creation..ask an atheist why is there sand on all the beaches in all the world , why ? It might sound silly but, there has to be an Architect behind creation , GOD......I am a Jew by birth but I was baptized into the Eastern Orthodox Church...The only true faith...

A god that would send to earth and sacrifice his own son for mistakes that the father made during his own creation plan ... would be suffering from a severe case of mental illness ... if the god was real.
All "stories" of Jesus' existence were "made up" long after Jesus' supposed death.
Myths all worked their MAGIC that way, because once a SAVIOR was no longer visible ... any and all stories would FLY.
Example: From the book … The World’s Sixteen Crucified Saviors … Christianity before Christ, by Kersey Graves … first published in 1875.
    Pagan Miracles
And we have the same kind of evidence that the Hindoo Messiah, Chrishna, of India, restored two boys to life who had been killed by the bites of serpents, as that Jesus Christ resurrected Lazarus and the widow’s son of Nain; and as much proof that Bacchus turned water into wine, as that Jesus performed this act six hundred years after.

      The Greek Origins of Bacchus
In Roman mythology, Bacchus was the god of wine. Like most of the Roman pantheon, he had a Greece source.
The Romans were influenced by the Greek god Dionysus in the creation of their own god of viticulture. The mythology, iconography, and worship of the Roman Bacchus were virtually identical to what it had been in Greece.
The Romans, however, had access to some of the more extreme aspects of the god from the beginning. Festivals and associations that had developed over hundreds of years in Greece were brought in immediately to Rome.
