Contextually (for the story) Mr. X would have had to have had a moniker already for them to have the conversation on the phone
(without it being weird or confusing to have one person out of nowhere start to call someone else a nickname for shits and giggles, not to mention calling the guy a name that would hint at the assassination plan isn't something the greatest killer in the world would stupidly do),
along with the fact everyone in the org called the dead guy Mr. X as well, means the dude was always called that.
As a visual gag for the audience, obviously the guy called Mr. X, dying on a (X marks the spot) was the joke to begin with.
IIRC, in the comic [wanted], the person that wesley replaces was called Mr. X (who was a supervillian that could kill anyone), so it was a misdirect on multiple fronts.

It's 50/50 true when someone take adrenaline in their blood system, some might run faster or can lift something heavy like refridegerator for short period however in real life after the adrenaline wear off the body will take a lot of damage which cause bone cracked or muscle tearing and have to recover many months so i just be here to enjoy the movie 😊
