My wife and I had our honeymoon in Thailand last June and it was awesome to say the least! Food was great and people were so nice! We both learned Thai phrases from you before we left and now we have your cookbook and made so many things out of it! We will be making this one too! Thanks so much.

Add Daikon for soup base and as a hot pot ingredient. Sweetens the soup and also great when cooked and coated with dipping sauce.

When I was in Bangkok last month the GF took me to MK to eat to celebrate her birthday, my birthday coming up next month and her daughters birthday.
I have to make your sauce and try. Next to the school my my GF's daughter goes to we would buy breakfast from an "auntie" and she had this sauce that she makes that was soooooo good. And seeing how you make your sauce reminded me of auntie's sauce. Store bought stuff doesn't compare. So that's why I want to make your sauce because I know yours will be really good.

This dish is really all about the sauce. The MK style is very popular (and they don't seem to sell the sauce outside from the restaurant). I tried many ready to use suki sauce and my favorite is the Lobo branded one. It's rather hot for untrained person but very mild for thai.

When I miss Japan, it is often a food memory that triggers the feeling. I love and miss Japanese cuisine.
Sharing a meal makes people like each other or as the feel closer with strong bond.
Eating the same food leads to trust and cooperation because they feel closer with the feeling of intimacy among those eating together, share the experience with eating and drinking.

I make a little noodle bowl too. I just cannot keep up with eating one or two items at a time. This is a something we always eat in Bangkok for family gatherings so I can’t even bother to set a whole thing up at home. Cleaning up dishes at the end is painful pai. Everyone got their own dipping bowl and all that jazz.
