IMHO Jay is the GOAT, he's the real deal. Down to earth, not narcissistic, very thorough and definitely relatable. I'm so glad he is sharing his life and thoughts today. I'm the same age, just trying to stay strong, healthy and overall he is humbly motivating. Thanks Jay 👍🏾
my 2023 was trash until....I got myself back in the gym...I had a mentally tough 2023 but lifting again as well as getting on a diet helped restructure how I was going about thinking...I watch your shoulder workout on One Step Closer DVD mega impressive ...Keep going Jay...You are actually helping me alot as far as staying motivated...I wish you Success this 2024 in whatever you get into...I would say...Try some Cycling...like riding a bike...I remember one article or DVD i watched of you when you said you use ride your bike alot even break it a few times...I garuntee you will enjoy again...I try to ride my bicycle about 3 times a week and hit the weights afterwards...
Jay we appreciate you brother, your doing good with the channel. You do what you can and what u feel like, I appreciate u giving us a small glimpse of your life!
Gretting from Australia Jay your such a legend and most of all so humble I appreciate all your advice and support and you were the first person I saw on muscle mag I the 90s I also a body builder I give away about 30 kgs but I'm always in I top 3 I love your videos your dogs keep making these videos with your full time body builder lol your a inspiration to so many people enjoy your day man 💪😉
Jay is awesome, real, down to earth...and helpful to guys our age. Guys that are not in their prime anymore but still want to enjoy lifting and overall fitness. Jay points out other parts of life that we all go through. So, his approach to the gym is a calm, no pressure, kinda go at your own pace mindset. And that's what I appreciate the most. 👍
Ive been eating the same bfast for over a decade now. Sadly, i had to switch from the ezecial bread as its $10 a loaf now. Bacon, eggs, egg whites, and a yogurt. Brings me back to watching the ol MOC Videos as i was prepping. Having met Jay over a decade ago in Cleveland, its great to see the role he plays as an ambassador to the sport.
I turn 60 in February. I have a full thickness tear of the Supraspinatus in my left shoulder. I started back in the Gym last March doing 3 or 4 days a week. I had a great Jumpstart with Physical Therapy for my shoulder. We worked the traps real hard along with some lat training. I have added mass to my back, shoulders, and chest Thank you Jay Cutler for your positive videoes. They are inspiring.
With 2024 here my goals are getting in 15,000 steps in a day from my current 10,000 steps and continue dieting down to where I am more vascular. I am currently around 25% body fat and would love to get down to 15% or lower. I have been bodybuilding for about 20 years now and want to actually look like it. You see a lot of big strong men that can lift a truck but you would never know it from how they look. I don’t want that look anymore. I have dropped almost 40 pounds in about a year and a half because I am trying to do it slow and make it more of a lifestyle. I am excited to finally start looking like a lifter and not just a big powdery doughnut 🍩 😂 God bless guys! Thanks for the video Jay!
I was just watching your DVD's from the early 2000's, ripped to shred's. Huge fan, I think you're the greatest to ever lift weights. It's just insane how hard you went back in the day and still today, unreal
Nice meeting you in Lynn Ma in October . Few week ago went to orthopedic thought I had shoulder issues it was bicep tendon /tendinitis-cat scan cortisone shot w/some physical therapy eliminated the shoulder pain ! Now I can focus on 2024 , goal is to return back to the New England Championship.
I didn't have a news years resolution but after watching your video I have decided that I am going to be more consistent and have more follow through in everything that I do. Thank you Jay! 😊 Happy new year!
Props Jay! I couldn't imagine working out at 9pm! If I don't workout before 6 it totally disrupts my sleep even worse. Thank you, Jay, for being real and what you do!
Am I the only one that checked it wasn’t my phone ringing at the end ? 😃 Thanks for sharing during 2023 Jay … it’s helped more than you’ll ever know. Best to you and yours for the coming year 🇺🇸🇬🇧
Hi Jay, First and foremost, sending all the best wishes to you, Angie, and your family, including Capone and Daisy. You continue to inspire and motivate us, including me-I'm now hitting the gym 4 to 5 times a week. Thanks for everything, and wishing you tremendous success in 2024. Cheers, Ubbe
I appreciate you taking the time to film these workouts and explain what you're doing. This is great information and very helpful for those of us looking to add size or strength.
Started going to gym and exercising about 7 months ago inspired by fit for 50 now i have went from 108.5kg to 93.5kg. This year im looking to get to 88kg and start building more and more muscle around that weight im 6ft for comparison to weight edit: Thank you Jay and your support group
Appreciate you too Jay! A big reason why I watch these is for motivation, just seeing you do your thing while picking up a few tips here and there. For 2024, my goal is to work on my mindset as it’s my biggest obstacle at the moment. So heres to building a stronger mind in 2024!
Wanna add though I wished we could wake up everyday with a new video from u brother, ur an inspiration and I like watching a video of you working out before I hit the weights!
This video is just what I needed to stay in the "pocket"(motivated) with my training. It's not easy this time of year with all the delicious food to eat. My goal for this year is to just keep hitting the gym 5x a week. At my age of 51 that's all I want to do for now. My weekly routine is: my rest days are Sun/Mon. Tues I train chest, Weds/Thurs I train back, Fri I train bicep/triceps and Sat I do legs/shoulders. Please come to NZ, Jay
Jay, you have been really pushing me to, get out my comfort zone. I made alot of progress. You videos Really helped me in many ways. I appreciate you alot, looking forward for more content. Also Didnt know you listened to Juice WRLD, that is crazy. Anways, appreciate all that you have done for me. 🐐👊
I can't wait for Jay to start training with the Titleist driver. He's gonna be a phenom on the links; bringing God given athleticism, great intellect, and an unwavering competitive spirit to the range and links which results in a renaissance of excellence in pursuit of new mountains to summit. If and when he makes it out into the pro circuit, all of us here will be following him and cheering him on. Jay is very familiar with the greatest game ever played as he is accustomed to working on great golf courses, as he has mentioned in previous videos. To see a Mr Olympia bring his game to another sport will be so much fun to watch. Love ya Jay Cutler, a true and genuiine man of the people. 💪 🌎 ❤️ 🇺🇸 ⛳️
awww, poor doggy. hope Capone heals quickly. I bought two proteins from you yesterday. the peanut butter cereal and the marshmallow cereal. Ever wonder why marshmallow isnt spelled marshmellow? I really like cheese cake factory too. i know pasta is junk food, but if you ever get a wild hair, Jay, try the pasta da vinci. I love it like the old country.
Awesome video champ! We love the motivation, and seeing a small inside access to what keeps you going! Would love to have you visit my gym in Ohio when you come out for the arnolds!!
Between Jaywalking and Cutler Cast … Your content is prolific! Thanks, Champ. Love it! Also, love all the Cutler Athletics swag I got for Christmas… the autographed Cutler athletics bag is money! 12 rep club for 2024! Cheers!

Good luck with the goals, the goals I have for this year fitness wise is to increase my strength whilst trying to stay shredded and for my other passion which is being an artist is to increase my following by posting more. I like to paint landscapes and portraits, it is fun.
nice video ,I picked up this pre routine to always stretch and do exercises for rotator cuff before I go into main sets.i picked that up from Phil and it works.
Hey Jay, I always got inspired by you. A video suggestion: tips/tricks for working professionals (people who generally don’t have a good diet) to maintain an aesthetic physique.
Really appreciate the videos. The short on delt growth(seated lateral raises your style) have really helped. Goal for this year is to buy and sell at least ten cars this year. Sold three last year but only as a hobby more as a buisness this year. Goal is to also get a picture with you this year. Have some with Ronnie and Dorian. Mr Olympia Mindset!!
Its cool they way it’s filmed like your just hanging out doing real life everyday stuff. No filters or special lighting or scripts. Just chill honest normal stuff 💪
2024 - Fit for 60! Thats my goal by end of April. Training since age 17. Follow your training principles for as long as I can remember...i love volume...never been injured. I'm in pretty good shape but I want to be in my best possible shape at age 60. I'll be watching you during my cardio.
At the end of the VLOG you said some truth. You may think you are not the best role model, but that is your humbleness. You are enough. Thank you!
I’m at the point where I just watch the videos to see Jays day to day life and listen to the stories.
