I was lucky that I found your recipe for these, especially the exact same ribs. I love my air fryer. I got the one that opens like an oven and has a rotisserie spit and fry basket. I'm new to the air fryer community and needed the time. You have a new subscriber now 🙂

Now just imagine if they were cooked until they actually fell off the bone. That connective tissue clearly hasn't rendered off, you can see it every time you take a bite.

@@Healthandwealthwithadri Well to each their own. If you want to know what I'm talking about, cook them for another hour or 2 wrapped up in aluminum foil or butcher paper...........you might just change your definition of what's perfect. Trust me I've been doing this a LOT of years. But again, to each their own.

If these aren't tender enough for some people they could always use the slow cooker and then the air fryer to caramelize the BBQ sauce.

  • @Archangels1

It would cook both sides if you put the on the rack, thereby allowing the air to circulate on both sides. Put a little Stubbs liquid smoke to your rub too. Makes it even more like smoker cooked ribs.
