Only on conq 4 and above it sits at 51.5% with a small sample size and is still by no means very high up there. Stats > feels. May it be "broken" on a specific tournament map in tournaments given a draft structure? Sure, though usually the sample sizes are tiny and it's based on personal feel of pros, which may or may not be accurate. Still, for 99.99% of the playerbase this is completely irrelevant.
Many HRE players tend to go too greedy and sometimes that costs them the game, but yes, I think HRE needs a little adjustment of Landmarks and nothing more.
You literally had the infantry speed upgrade buff and you have 1 landmark per age that's a tier which not a single other civ has. Wtf are you talking about? Hre players are so cringe no wonder these cringe Devs cater to you

I really hope they do a fun event to correspond with the AoM: Retold release. Some myth unit and hero unit monuments and avatars would be really cool. It would be a hugely missed opportunity

I like nearly of the changes, but the changes to HRE and Chinese are confusing. HRE definitely didn't need a buff and is definitely the strongest civ rught now. Chinese changes are confusing because they buffed imperial age??? They should have changed the chinese early game.
@mickethegoblin7167 The Aachen chapel is too strong. The value it gives you is really insane. It allows you to do easy CR, you can go feudal all-in and pump out an insane amount of units, and makes your farm transition easy. It is an insane land mark and I dont know why it hasn't gotten nerfed. Beasty was surprised as well.

Rus was a civilization of cavalary, expansion and hunting. But due to complaints from mediocre players (probably Germans) who felt uncomfortable with the dynamics of the civilization that is not theirs, they decided to do this and change the whole essence of the Rus civilization.

extra materials change doesn't repair keeps, it's makes keeps repair nearby walls. At least that's how it is written.
You got the Chinese keep repair wrong I think. Now keep can repair walls but keeps cannot be repaired by this tech
