I saw them twice in San Francisco in small venues and then at Aftershock festival in Sacramento here in the states. I then made up my mind and went to this very concert at Yokohama Arena JUST to see them on their home turf. It was money well spent! They were amazing the who 3 plus hour night!!!!!!
BAND-MAID don't have duels or battles they're waaay too nice, they have conversations.😌

You just can't go wrong with Band-Maid. They are a hidden gem for sure. As an old school headbanger, I really appreciate their live performance of 'Moratorium'...it throws me back to my 70's Black Sabbath vibes with some of the guitar work in the middle of the song. A few of the acts I’ve seen in concert: AC/DC, Elton John, Ozzy with Jake E Lee, Rush, Kiss, Madonna, Prince, Triumph, Van Halen, Bon Jovi, BeeGees, The Jacksons…and Band Maid. By far, the Maids were the most fun, and fit right alongside all the greats. 🤘🏽
I've seen them live four times. so far, all in the USA. Phoenix, Dallas Nashville and Denver, all just reinforced how great they are! They really are not to be missed if you have the chance!

To my ears best rock band on the planet. I'm 72 and they dragged me back into rock about six years ago. Watch NO GOD live or DICE/HATE? live at Lalapalooza 2023. I gets pretty frantic.
I hear you. I turned 65 a couple of days ago and had an absolute hoot, me, cold beer, BAND -MAID fcken glorious. The Maids reignited my musical passions and I can never thank them enough Po 😁👍🍻
I almost can't listen to anything else. I find their songs incredibly interesting and they're never the same but they're all good. I can't tell you how many times I've listened to NO GOD and MANNERS and I never seem to get tired of either and they're totally different and could almost be performed by two different bands. I've bought all their albums and live videos and have the new one on the way. I haven't tried collecting a band's output like this since I discovered Yes back in the very early seventies.@@brunobryant4846
I think Saiki has the soul of a really good R&B singer. When she was a kid she would go to the izakaya with her mom and her mom's friends and they would get her to sing enka songs with the karaoke machine. Enka became popular after WWII. It's sentimental music done in a traditional Japanese style, and to me it has some similarities to música norteña (canción ranchera), or maybe bluegrass or soul music - these tend to be about lost love and nostalgia for the good old days. She's a pretty good rock singer and has the power to lead a band like this, but she's even better when she sings from the heart.
More Band-Maid, of course yes! Pick any song, live or MV, there are no bad songs from these amazing ladies!
"Unleash", from this same concert is an absolute banger. Give it a listen.
I'm biased. Band-Maid is my all time favorite rock band.

My wild guess is that You and I are about the same age. I've listen to hard rock and heavy metal since 1972-73. Slade, Deep Purple and the Sweet was my intro to the heavy music. Before that I was mostly listening to the Beatles and Shadows.

Good to see you back with another Band-Maid reaction.
Saw them live in Houston last year. Highly recommend seeing them if you get a chance. Their small venue shows in the US are much more personable .
The only criticism I have of this video is the volumes too low. It's the band of maids turn it up po!
When the Maids need to turn up the heat they go to gas mark 810 :)

The transition from this song into the next one from this concert is pretty killer.
That "liking them more every time you hear them" is going to last a lot longer than you think it is. That's what they do.
As the Maids said at Yokohama, beginning 2024, it's "Chapter Two" for Band-Maid. What does that mean -- a new direction in music on their upcoming summer album... new battle gear... different stage show or venues... more collabs (The Warning, Lovebites, individual musician appearances?)... member and band projects like scoring movies, aniMaids, soloing projects like Cluppo... someone getting married or 👶🐣?? I love Band-Maid and I tried to watch your reaction. I had to bail after your first pause because the music volume was so low that I had to crank it all the way up. When you came back in to talk it was painful.

One of my favorites. Lets not overlook Akane's drum work under those solo's Truly amazing.
But may I suggest that you bring the volume of the videos up to the same level as your vocal volume. Your voice blows the eardrums out if we have the volume of the video turned up to a proper listening level.
I suggest a blast from the past with the song The Non-Fiction Days.
Wish you would have the audio from the video cranked up… right now your mic level is crushing and the music track is way down. Good reaction otherwise. Band-Maid, Lovebites and Nemophila easily my top theee favorite bands. This is a great live representation of what makes Band-Maid awesome. 🤘🎸🐺
