nice. thanks for the video. does the clear inner funnel not sit flush when closing??
mine doesn’t and i noticed yours aswell when you put the funnel back inside the 5L.

Not at first. After tightening the cap all the way I’m sure it brings it flush enough to seal. I didn’t tighten down all the way at first cause I was worried about stripping the plastic but that was a mistake. After I tightened it down all the way I put over 3000 miles on it with no issue

I can barely tighten mine on. It's so hard to turn i could break a wrist and it's still loose lol. I can't use the adapter piece because then the threading is too short.

I had the exact same issue. The gas can doesn’t have clearance to sit completely flush on the mount. I gave mine a couple of those wrist breaking turns and it held perfectly for a 3600 mile trip.
