Chicken Tinola, SIMPOL!

- This classic Pinoy soup dish is both delicious and comforting! It’s so simpol you can easily cook it anytime of the week! Watch the video below for the whole procedure.😋
INGREDIENTS:
Set A:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 piece onion, chopped
4 slices ginger
2 stalks lemongrass, white part smashed and leaves tied into a knot
1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces, around 1 kilo
1 teaspoon rock salt
1/2 teaspoon whole peppercorns
Set B:
5 cups rice washing or water
1 piece green papaya or sayote (around 350 grams), cut into large cubes or wedges
2 pieces finger chilies
Fish sauce, to taste
½ teaspoon whole peppercorns
Set C:
1 cup chili or malunggay (moringa) leaves
So simple and easy to follow. I dont understand bakit may mga nag thumbs down. Tss. All his videos are perfect for people like me na di marunong mag luto.. 😁
I tried this recipe, I had no papaya kaya I used Baguio beans, pechay and Malunggay po. Napaka sarap, I’m so proud of my self kasi di ako marunong mag luto pero ngayon ito yung dinner namin nagustohan po nila. Thank you po

You can put a little bit of calamansi juice or lemon zest or calamansi zest. Just a little amount will do.

Pag walang Lemongrass, you can replace it with Dahon ng Sili or Malunggay.
You should not wash raw chicken because you may spread bacteria that's potentially in the poultry juices to other foods, utensils, and surfaces.
You can strain the boiled chicken liquid. Anyway, a cloudy soup is just as delicious.
You must be from abroad. Not every butcher is trustworthy over here. Thus the washing.
People are so paranoid about everything it seems! I understand there can be a problem with chicken, but we’re not three year old Splash and chicken juice all over the entire kitchen and countertops🙄
Try and find a black person that does not wash their chicken with citrus and or vinegar, and they don’t live their life being sick

Hence, hoards of bacteria develop antibiotic resistance. This plus the explosion of individuals of all ages becoming immunocompromised are a true cause for alarm.

rub the chicken with lemon or calamansi to remove the lansa and also put tomato when you're sauteing .

Kung di ka nagaral paalala ko lang na ang pinas ay nasakop ng 3 bansa. Kaya kung isang tao kaya mag espanyol, english o hapon kaya wala ka dahilan na kung tagalog lang alam mo. Bobo.
