Cook classic kapampangan dishes. Bringhe, Buro, and Sisig. bringhe is kampangan version of paella Buro is fermented rice with shrimp or fish. Sisig we knew this food well
Cooked paksiw ma tulingan sa gata today. No kaffir leaves or lime (used kalamansi instead) since none available. Turned out super yummy.! Hubby does not eat fish but he loved it. Had fresh tomatoes on the side. Ang sarap! Thank you for this recipe. #pinoyfavorites
