My lola put the vinegar after the blood was added to the pork then let the vinegar boil first to avoid stench flavor then add water. Well, thats my lola's version 😀
Kapag may dinuguan sa hapag kainan, hindi ko na napapansin yung ibang ulam. Ganun ko ka love ang dinuguan. 😋
yep the best dinuguan ay yung may asim. Bago ako bumuli sa mga kainan tinatanung ko muna kung maasim yung luto nila bago ako bumili

Im cooking dinuguan now but since no fish blood here in Amsterdam I use tofu blood no choice just craving but it's yummy pde na 😋❤️
