It’s the little things, he’s attentive and he will just kiss me for no particular reason. When he first told me he loved me it felt like fireworks went off. I’ve been in showy relationships, and I appreciate him more as when he does somethimg special. He opens doors for me, he pulls out my chair for he at a restaurant and he puts my wine glass in the freezer for me in a hot day. For me it’s those attentive things.
The protective behavior is a big sign, like even gently grabbing your arm to cross the street. But another tell sign would be if he show up as soon as another man comes near, like subtlely checking what the conversation was about...Also this week discovered the guy who as the 10 points above, he is very submissive and gentle with me but I was surprised to discovered he can be really assertive and autority in the rest of his social interactions. He'll shower you immensely with his particular main love language/love languages, all because he wants to see your smile he adores so much he can't get enough of looking into your eyes or seeing you smile. I'm 62 and have been through a lot of toxicity and abuse ... Married 3 terrible times and grew up with an abusive father and mother .... I've now gotten to know the most wonderful man... he is so kind and fun ... We really are doing well ... So much of what you talk about is actually the norm in this relationship ... He is 10 years older than me .... but that doesn't matter to me at all ... I can tell that we are both invested .... I feel so blessed ....

Wow. Thanks to you, I just realized my best male friend is actually in love with me. I complained that my hot water heater was not working. He drove 300 miles to come fix it. We webt shopping and I saw a thing I liked and said I wish I could afford it. He went and got it for me as a gift. Among other things you mentioned. Now....I am digesting that. On the other hand I have been seeing someone that doesnt show as much investment, yet I hear from his co workers that he talks about me a lot in a positive way. But he isnt exactly clearing his schedule for me. Things to think about.
He definitely accepts me despite of my flaws and my serious medical condition, he asks me how I'm feeling and what he can do to help if I'm not well, he's not good in reading indirect requests but that's fine, making time for me is okay but could be improved, he's very interested in my hobbies and my life and he remembers things even though his memory sucks, he's extremely protective in a healthy way and willing to fix my problems, he is a busy man but he still does respond within a reasonable amount of time and he did mention me to his family but I haven't met them because I haven't been to the state he lives, he includes me when talking about the future and is vulnerable with me. Pretty much showing all the signs, some could be better but nobody is perfect right?

IKR after 12 yrs with a nightmare Narcisst and free for 4 yrs. I dated 2 guys for a VERY short time , they were NARC's ...same sh*t, different body. Love all your videos! Almost all of these things are so true of my boyfriend and I. Within the first two months he met my parents, I met his greatest best friend and his parents in the same day. Everyone who I have met in his friends and family have told me how amazing I am for him and how much time he has talked and still talks to them about me. We moved in together within the first 8 months. We have talked about marriage and kids and where we are going to live etc. We talked via text for 4 days before we met and by the second date I knew he was the one. We tease eachother all the time. He does take sometimes by texting me back but he works in a hospital so I know he will message me back when he can.

Men are tricky so depending on if the man is playing you, he too can do these things all the while still not invested. For example most men have huge egos so don't mistake him doing things for you as he's into you, he might just be doing it to build up his ego. For example if a man fixes something in your house he might be feeling only this and only this... "hey I fixed this im awesome." Another thing just because a man doesn't buy you something or take you out doesn't mean he's not invested but might mean he's not doing well financially so I believe its in his actions definitely if he asks how your Feeling? Trys to make you laugh when your down Maybe snuggle up to you, offers a back massage but only that not to just lead to sex. Another thing is a man whose trying to play you might want to know things about you not cause he cares but to find out how to trick you to find out your weaknesses and to learn you so he can take control and use you. So becareful and beware. From someone who has been there.
Hey thanks, my guy who broke with me recently after 6 months used to do most of all these things except two. He showed himself to be madly in Love, he cared, he asked about my day, he gave me a lovely saree. But he hid his residential address. He never introduced me to anyone. And he never talked about our future. When he broke up he asked me not to think he hadnt loved me. He had. And he had thought of our future coz he did say if I go abroad he will follow. Its just tjat his wife came back unexpectedly so he cant say no to her and he is going back to his marriage. I am devastated. I feel sometimes he had either studied his subject well or had been in some kind of love. He even called twice after breaking up to make sure I reached home.

We were friends in high school then met again. I expected to be just friends and we fell in love. But after a year and a half he withdrew. But in that time I met his best friend and other friends and family. We talked about a future. I made the mistake of calling him all the time. He got down in his knees and begged me to make it work. I talked to mine on messenger for 2 years before I met him ,we always FaceTime to each other one day I wouldn't let him see me on camera on FaceTime because I was having an emotional day I lost my mother and everything in my life it seemed I was overwhelmed finally talked me into opening the camera so he could see my beautiful face is what he said. Then when he seen he asked me what was going on and why I've been crying and what could he do for me. I told him I needed him in 4 days he left Florida and moved to my state we have been together now 6 months and he put a promise ring on my finger for Christmas it's like a fairytale come true he loves me and I love him with everything that is in me is a hard times and the good times that is what true love really is

This video has helped me tremendously in remembering that I am female and he is male (thus I express too much and he too little) and that often you won’t get the validation you’re looking for from him verbally. Ha... There was a guy I was considering that I liked so much, and I talked about bringing him to an event like 3 months in the future. He said, "I don't mind meeting your friends, but, like I said, I'm a really private person, so you wouldn't meet my friends and family for a long time - is that okay?" I asked him what his definition of a long time was and he said 3 to 6 years! He was really bummed when I said that was a deal-breaker, but he really wasn't willing to budge on his strange boundary. And now I'm with someone who is telling pretty much everyone about me, and he shows that he's really proud to be with me. Huge difference.

One of my guys thinks I’m beautiful. I’m significantly overweight and nearing 70 years old. But he thinks my body is beautiful. Another is always thinking of things he wants us to do together. When I was sick multiple times earlier this year. He was there to help me put the lasagna together for Christmas dinner. He was there when I wound up in the emergency room one night just a week after I met him. He was there to clean my house when I was recovering from the flu and expecting my sister and husband to stay with me for a couple days.

Wow. Thanks to you, I just realized my best male friend is actually in love with me. I complained that my hot water heater was not working. He drove 300 miles to come fix it. We webt shopping and I saw a thing I liked and said I wish I could afford it. He went and got it for me as a gift. Among other things you mentioned. Now....I am digesting that.
On the other hand I have been seeing someone that doesnt show as much investment, yet I hear from his co workers that he talks about me a lot in a positive way. But he isnt exactly clearing his schedule for me.
Things to think about.

He definitely accepts me despite of my flaws and my serious medical condition, he asks me how I'm feeling and what he can do to help if I'm not well, he's not good in reading indirect requests but that's fine, making time for me is okay but could be improved, he's very interested in my hobbies and my life and he remembers things even though his memory sucks, he's extremely protective in a healthy way and willing to fix my problems, he is a busy man but he still does respond within a reasonable amount of time and he did mention me to his family but I haven't met them because I haven't been to the state he lives, he includes me when talking about the future and is vulnerable with me. Pretty much showing all the signs, some could be better but nobody is perfect right?

Love all your videos! Almost all of these things are so true of my boyfriend and I. Within the first two months he met my parents, I met his greatest best friend and his parents in the same day. Everyone who I have met in his friends and family have told me how amazing I am for him and how much time he has talked and still talks to them about me. We moved in together within the first 8 months. We have talked about marriage and kids and where we are going to live etc. We talked via text for 4 days before we met and by the second date I knew he was the one. We tease eachother all the time. He does take sometimes by texting me back but he works in a hospital so I know he will message me back when he can.

Men are tricky so depending on if the man is playing you, he too can do these things all the while still not invested. For example most men have huge egos so don't mistake him doing things for you as he's into you, he might just be doing it to build up his ego. For example if a man fixes something in your house he might be feeling only this and only this... "hey I fixed this im awesome." Another thing just because a man doesn't buy you something or take you out doesn't mean he's not invested but might mean he's not doing well financially so I believe its in his actions definitely if he asks how your Feeling? Trys to make you laugh when your down Maybe snuggle up to you, offers a back massage but only that not to just lead to sex. Another thing is a man whose trying to play you might want to know things about you not cause he cares but to find out how to trick you to find out your weaknesses and to learn you so he can take control and use you. So becareful and beware. From someone who has been there.

Hey thanks, my guy who broke with me recently after 6 months used to do most of all these things except two. He showed himself to be madly in Love, he cared, he asked about my day, he gave me a lovely saree. But he hid his residential address. He never introduced me to anyone. And he never talked about our future. When he broke up he asked me not to think he hadnt loved me. He had. And he had thought of our future coz he did say if I go abroad he will follow. Its just tjat his wife came back unexpectedly so he cant say no to her and he is going back to his marriage. I am devastated. I feel sometimes he had either studied his subject well or had been in some kind of love. He even called twice after breaking up to make sure I reached home.
This is the comment i've been searching for. The guy i've been in contact wd has all the signs of a player but at the same time done some things that seemed genuine. Which makes it hard for me to judge. I've already stopped contact tho.
A man can do all these and still cheat on you. Some men do all these to compensate for the cheating they do, due to their own self esteem issues.

Then when he seen he asked me what was going on and why I've been crying and what could he do for me. This video has helped me tremendously in remembering that I am female and he is male (thus I express too much and he too little) and that often you won’t get the validation you’re looking for from him verbally. Rather, you must pay attention to the other clues and cues. That is what this video made me realize!! also that I am now gonna give him a bit of a break lol!!

Ha... There was a guy I was considering that I liked so much, and I talked about bringing him to an event like 3 months in the future. He said, "I don't mind meeting your friends, but, like I said, I'm a really private person, so you wouldn't meet my friends and family for a long time - is that okay?" I asked him what his definition of a long time was and he said 3 to 6 years! He was really bummed when I said that was a deal-breaker, but he really wasn't willing to budge on his strange boundary. And now I'm with someone who is telling pretty much everyone about me, and he shows that he's really proud to be with me. Huge difference.

One of my guys thinks I’m beautiful. I’m significantly overweight and nearing 70 years old. But he thinks my body is beautiful.
Another is always thinking of things he wants us to do together. When I was sick multiple times earlier this year. He was there to help me put the lasagna together for Christmas dinner. He was there when I wound up in the emergency room one night just a week after I met him. He was there to clean my house when I was recovering from the flu and expecting my sister and husband to stay with me for a couple days.
