This video has singlehandedly gotten me out of my rut and back into moving my body every day. It's challenging enough that I do feel like I've done something, but not so challenging that I can't manage it on a bad day. I also enjoy how well it flows from beginning to end and find that so soothing. Thank you so much, Charlie.

Got a new job and this first week of onboarding and training is really tough, working day has increased by 2-3 hours and guilt of not making proper practice had been eating me.. And these 15 minutes are sooooo amazing!!! Keep reminding that small yoga sessions with Charlie is a miracle to keep my back healthy before I can come back on track. Thank you very much🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Thank you very much for this class. It actually brought relief as I started work after the holidays and my classes run from 8.30 to 11 so thanks to this class I can do a quick session before I go to class myself. It was great!
Apart from the well-balanced flow itself and your calming yet serene voice, the settings that you choose are always amazing. I would love your flows even if you filmed them in a spooky cellar, but in the woods, with some warm rays of sunshine joining you on the mat… that’s just spectacular. Thank you for all the love and energy and thoughts and creativity that you put in your work, and for sharing these beautiful spots of the planet with us 💚 🙏🏻
