There are a lot of tutorials on YT, but yours are the most beginner friendly i’ve seen. I highly appreciate the yarn discussion at the beginning because the local shops where i live don’t usually carry the brands other youtubers use, and you gave all the information needed to substitute and i won’t end up with three times the amount of yarn i need ❤️

I just finished my scarf. The pattern is so easy to do in poor light or with poor sight as you are going through the lower row not under a stitch or a back loop of a stitch. I did mine watching Christmas movies during covid December. Thank you. Seasons greetings.🎄

Very nice! I have used this same concept to make a small neck warmer 3.25" wide by 26" long with the opening at 4" from the end. This way I can keep my neck warm in the cold winter wind and tuck my neck warmer in my pocket when I go inside.

Hmm. I don't get why you didn't anchor the first row of Vs on the chain that made the keyhole into the chain itself. Wouldn't putting the V into each third chain make more sense? I guess I'm thinking of this thing going into the wash, and that row of Vs getting wadded up together because they slide along that chain. Or not?? I don't get it.
I think you'd have to make sure you chain the same amount you're skipping. She is counting Vs, but you'd have to count actual stitches. I think though, the rest of the body of work would hold those Vs in place without having to work them into the stitches. Im definitely going to work up a sample and try it out both ways first.
