I always search and search for the perfect pattern to do. Altho all are nice, I can never settle and feel like "this is the one." Then bam u always come out with something and I'm like "that's it!" " That's what I've been looking for". I've made and donated so much stuff to hospital and cancers patients. I have a huge yarn warehouse my hubby built . It's my escape from all the lousy news and the horrible things going on with out country . So thank u again for a great pattern !! 💓 Having bone disease it helps forget Alot.
This pattern is wonderful! Perfect for what I have been looking for. So many lovely patterns that I don't have to look very far. Thank you for sharing your patterns and videos. Having both is such a huge help!
Almost finished with this shawl. I used Lion Brand Coboo yarn in the color Denim. Love it. I am finishing my 3 rd cake of 232 yds. I have to measure before I start my 4th cake. Really enjoyed it. Thanks for another great pattern. Stay safe & be well.
Beautiful! I havent made a shawl in a while, I must say, this pretty shawl is really hard to resist. I don’t need a shawl, but a relative of mine has Breast Cancer and might like it. I could make it into a prayer shawl.
Hi. On row four the last chain was five. On row three it was chain three. Please explain if one end is five and the other three or is it three throughout
Thank you for this beautiful shawl tutorial. I still think of me as a beginner and this looks easy to do. I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on how to join a new ball of yarn in the middle of a row , im having a hard time with this. Again thank you for making this shawl so easy to do. From Ontario Canada 🇨🇦
Beautiful work. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, I have started over a couple of times and it still isn’t coming out right. It looks like one side is off after you turn to start row 4. Help lol
Hi, if you notice the bottom is not pointed. It is supposed to be "straight" . Once you see this the shawl is just fine. You didn't do anything wrong. Hope this helps.
I'm having the same issue. Also, I don't see a link to the written pattern in her description. I just wasted all morning trying over and over to get this... Very frustrated right now
Is this a "trust the process" kind of pattern? I am currently on about row 6 and the shape looks terrible. I've frogged it already and started over and it just doesn't look right. Not sure if the shape will take hold if I go more or not.
I don't get it. The last three dc in row one make the whole thing lopsided, I can't seem to make it symmetrical. You can see in the video that this is the case with her piece, too but there is no way to tell if this will even out somehow at a later point.
I really love this but I can’t understand why my sides don’t start off the same , they are both shaped different and I keep stopping because I don’t know if that’s right or not ,
@@deborahjohnson7861 I would love to find out about that but other times I would ask a question she would never respond. I love it but I am not chancing doing it in case it comes out messed up .
beautiful shawl. I love the color. I have a question. If the multiple is 4 plus 2, can you do more that 14 chains? can you start with 18 or any number divisible by 4? I was also wondering if more chains would make it look odd shaped. I have broad shoulders, that is why i am asking.
Normally, I use what I have, yarn-wise, and not the recommended. But, in this case, I think it is essential to use the Z Spun yarn in the video. Hate that it is $10 a ball, though.
Jennifer, I'm trying to make this shawl but instead of coming as a triangular v, it is very boxy and a straight line at the starting base of the shawl.. not sure how to correct. Mine is looking body for several of the starting rows.. wish I could send a picture..
She’s forgotten to link the written pattern. Not everyone wants to use the same yarn as she did and she doesn’t say how many rows she completed. She just says that she is using 4, 200 yard skeins.
Hi do you ever make shawls that are warm with no holes I live in upstate New York and it is cold up here and people look for warm crochet hand made stuff
It’s so frustrating for me that you don’t show a few more rows..i haven’t been crocheting long and added 4 stitches to make it bigger..that along with not seeing oral rows makes it confusing for me to know where t begin and end ear and see how it builds….where do we begin each row..right after the turning chain?
Having problems with that first chain 5. I got about 5 rows done and for some reason that first chain 5 just looks so big and open compared to all of the rest and I am not sure why? Any suggestions?

I've done a few rows and the beginning row is not even both sides,
Beautiful work. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, I have started over a couple of times and it still isn’t coming out right. It looks like one side is off after you turn to start row 4. Help lol
I think the rows look the same, every other row. I 've only watched, but that's what it looks like.
I have this same problem

@@donnaoeding6955 I frog mines. This the second pattern I started today with pattern Errors. Wasn't a good day. Let me know if you figure it out.
Me too and she doesn’t respond. It’s really frustrating! I’ve ben crocheting for a year and still need a little more instruction for this one….
Yep. She never responds and her her instruction produces errors... Unsubbing
Love this shawl thanks so Rey much😍🌺❤️
Lovely

Hello Wendy
Another beauty. Cannot access free pattern. Thanks
I would love to have written instructions for this pattern. Please tell me how I can get it. It is lovely 🥰
I love this yarn and this pattern. Can I use this yarn for your other projects also?
Beautiful. Thanks

Very nice, but how much yarn and which yarn? Maybe this is not the right link to the yarn, but to the hook.
She’s forgotten to link the written pattern. Not everyone wants to use the same yarn as she did and she doesn’t say how many rows she completed. She just says that she is using 4, 200 yard skeins.
You have such wonderful tutorials and they're free, his do you do it?! Thank you 💞
Beautiful😊
Please reply. Making this for my daughter birthday. Thanks
Muy bonito trabajo

Hi do you ever make shawls that are warm with no holes I live in upstate New York and it is cold up here and people look for warm crochet hand made stuff
I need some gallon and 2gallon ziplock bags and an Accent seasoning/salt
Is there a written pattern for this beautiful shawl? I am making some items for WINGS to donate.

In the video, it shows starting in the first loop where your ch5 is

Seams like she is having trouble with the hook and yarn. If she has that trouble I’m not gonna tempt it . I’m not as good as crochet than she is .
I give up
