The TRX is one of the most complete training tools. You can take it with you everywhere and you can use it anywhere, hanging it from a tree in a public park for an out doorworkout and or securing it to a door for your home workout.
It can be used for different types of training, such as HIIT, cardio, functional training, toning and to build muscle, since you can target all muscle groups.

Really appreciate this series of videos. As an old guy, 65 I am slowly working my way through the entire repertoire in an effort to wind back the years and I'm finding successes and failures but you have given a great foundation to start with.

Hi Nikolaus, thanks! My training is a mixture of body weight training and training with barbells (like bench press, squats, or deadlifts). But whichever way you choose, remember is not about the "tool" you use, but rather the intensity at which you are training. So TRX is also a great way to build mass and/or strength.

Hi Sir, please can you expand on the grip you are using for the front lever - the video is not that clear - it looks like your hand has passed through the handle and you are holding the straps - these lever exercises are very advanced and very tough and something to work towards - thanks again
I'm not sure what you mean by expand on the grip, if you mean zoom in on the hand, unfortunately I cannot change anything on the video once it's posted on yt. In any case, to clarify your doubt, yes I'm holding the straps instead of the handles. This is because it gives me a firmer grip allowing me to push my hands away from my shoulders. For a proper front lever, it is better to use a fixed bar. Regards.

What TRX do you use and where can I buy it?
You can buy it on line directly on their page (if you want to buy the original one, as the one I'm using), or you can buy it shops like Decathlon (if you live in Europe), it's not the original TRX, but in my opinion serves its function well and it's much cheaper.
