- Vegan "Paska", sweet easter bread with raisins and candied orange. It's a traditional sweet bread usually with raisins eaten during the Easter holidays mostly in East European countries, also known as "Kulich" in Russia. It's quite similar to Italy's Panettone with a difference that Panettone is consumed during Christmas holidays.

Ingredients:
- 250ml almond milk
- 25g fresh yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar & 2 tbsp flour (for fermentation)
- Orange zest
- Lemon zest
- 80g sugar
- 8g vanilla sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 420g flour
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 30g candied orange
- 120g raisins
- Powdered sugar

"Paska" vegano, pan de Pascua con pasas y naranja confitada. Es un pan dulce en general con pasas que tradicionalmente se come durante la Semana Santa, principalmente en los países de Europa del Este, también conocido como "Kulich" en Rusia. Es bastante similar al Panettone Italiano con la diferencia de que el Panettone se consume durante las Navidades.

- 1 cucharada de azúcar y 2 cucharadas de harina (para la fermentación)
- Ralladura de naranja
- Ralladura de limón
- 80g azúcar
- 8g azúcar vainillado
- Pizca de sal
- 1/2 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo
- 2 cucharadas de aceite de girasol
- 420g harina
- 3 cucharadas de aceite de coco
- 30g naranja confitada
- 120g pasas
- Azúcar en polvo
